保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene encodes a mitochondrial membrane protein that participates in mitochondrial fusion and contributes to the maintenance and operation of the mitochondrial network. This protein is involved in the regulation of vascular smooth muscle cell proliferation, and it may play a role in the pathophysiology of obesity. Mutations in this gene cause Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease type 2A2, and hereditary motor and sensory neuropathy VI, which are both disorders of the peripheral nervous system. Defects in this gene have also been associated with early-onset stroke. Two transcript variants encoding the same protein have been identified.

Anti-Mitofusin 2抗體,線粒體融合蛋白Mfn2抗體抗體溶解方法及分裝：
1、購買抗體后，查看標簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗可做幾個梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋，如果背景高，還可再稀釋，選一個zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。
