產(chǎn)品介紹：Tuberin, or TSC2 (Tuberous sclerosis complex), is implicated as a tumor suppressor. It may function in vesicular transport, and may also play a role in the regulation of cell growth arrest and in the regulation of transcription mediated by steroid receptors. Interaction between hamartin (TSC1) and tuberin may facilitate vesicular docking. It specifically stimulates the intrinsic GTPase activity of the Ras related protein RAP1A and RAB5, suggesting a possible mechanism for its role in regulating cellular growth. Mutations in tuberin lead to constitutive activation of RAP1A in tumors. At least three isoforms of Tuberin exist.

Tuberin抗體-馬鈴薯球蛋白(結(jié)節(jié)性硬化)抗體保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

避免反復(fù)凍融，保質(zhì)期一年。

Tuberin抗體-馬鈴薯球蛋白(結(jié)節(jié)性硬化)抗體抗體溶解方法:

方法1：我們的抗體（凍干粉）已經(jīng)包含了0.01M PBS、1% BSA和0.1% 防腐劑（疊氮鈉或*），您只需要加入滅菌的雙蒸水就行了?？贵w溶解后，置于-20℃保存，分裝后使用，避免反復(fù)凍融，可保證至少1年有效；

方法2：也可以只加入一半體積的雙蒸水，再用一半體積的甘油補足，置于-20℃保存，這樣抗體不會凍，有利于抗體的穩(wěn)定。

后續(xù)試驗時，再使用對應(yīng)的緩沖液稀釋成工作液，即用即配。

我們的抗體（凍干粉），在常溫放置下，至少一個月有效；若在-20℃下保存（*），至少三年有效。

Antibodies are prepared with 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4 with 1% BSA and 0.1% Sodium Azide, prior to lyophilization. Currently, we offer both lyophilized and reconstituted antibodies, both resulting in final concentration of 1mg/mL. We recommend two ways to reconstitute antibodies in lyophilized form:

1) Reconstituting by directly adding 100uL of sterile, distilled water.

2) Alternatively, if glycerol does not affect the experiment, add 50uL sterile distilled water, followed by adding 50uL of glycerol.
