除塵布袋 堪稱袋式除塵器的心臟，一般被稱為除塵布袋或者除塵濾袋，除塵布袋是袋式除塵器運行過程中的關(guān)鍵部分，通常圓筒型濾袋垂直地懸掛在除塵器中。除塵布袋的面料和設(shè)計應(yīng)盡量追求高效過濾、易于粉塵剝離及經(jīng)久耐用效果。除塵布袋的選用至關(guān)重要，它直接影響除塵器的除塵效果，選取用除塵布袋從下列幾個方面選取擇:氣體的溫度，潮濕度和化學(xué)性，顆粒大小，含塵濃度，過濾風(fēng)速，清塵方式等因素 布袋除塵器是一種干式除塵裝置，它適用于捕集細(xì)小、干燥非纖維性粉塵。濾袋采用紡織的濾布或非紡織的氈制成，利用纖維織物的過濾作用對含塵氣體進行過濾，當(dāng)含塵氣體進入布袋除塵器，顆粒大、比重大的粉塵，由于重力的作用沉降下來，落入灰斗，含有較細(xì)小粉塵的氣體在通過濾料時，粉塵被阻留，使氣體得到凈化。一般新濾料的除塵效率是不夠高的。濾料使用一段時間后，由于篩濾、碰撞、滯留、擴散、靜電等效應(yīng)，濾袋表面積聚了一層粉塵，這層粉塵稱為初層，在此以后的運動過程中，初層成了濾料的主要過濾層，依靠初層的作用，網(wǎng)孔較大的濾料也能獲得較高的過濾效率。隨著粉塵在濾料表面的積聚，除塵器的效率和阻力都相應(yīng)的增加，當(dāng)濾料兩側(cè)的壓力差很大時，會把有些已附著在濾料上的細(xì)小塵粒擠壓過去，使除塵器效率下降。另外，除塵器的阻力過高會使除塵系統(tǒng)的風(fēng)量顯著下降。因此，除塵器的阻力達到一定數(shù)值后，要及時清灰。清灰時不能破壞初層，以免效率下降。[2]布袋除塵器結(jié)構(gòu)主要由上部箱體、中部箱體、下部箱體(灰斗)、清灰系統(tǒng)和排灰機構(gòu)等部分組成。布袋除塵 器性能的好壞，除了正確選擇濾袋材料外，清灰系統(tǒng)對布袋除塵器起著決定性的作用。為此，清灰方法是區(qū)分布袋除塵器的特性之一，也是布袋除塵器運行中重要的一環(huán)。
