CDB系列多路換向閥是我公司根據(jù)國內(nèi)1-10T叉車、小型裝載機、小型挖掘機液壓系統(tǒng)，并引進、消化、吸收進技術(shù)而進行優(yōu)化設(shè)計的片式多路閥，CDB系列多路換向閥功能全，性能佳、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、安全可靠、維修方便。主要適用1-10T叉車、小型挖掘機和小型裝載機，還可應(yīng)用于其他起重運輸機械、礦山機械液壓系統(tǒng)中，是主機實現(xiàn)進口元件國產(chǎn)化的理想產(chǎn)品。
The CDB series multiple directional control valves are based on the company’s 1-10T forklift ,small loaders,small excavators hydraulic system of domestic and the introduction,digestion and absorption of advanced foreign technology and design to optimize the structure of the chip,CDB series multi-directional valves are characterized by wide function ,good performance ,compact,safe,reliable,easy maintenance.Applies mostly to 1-10T forklift ,small-scale mining,small loaders and others machinery .Also can be applied to other transport machinery,mining machinery hydraulic,is the host of imports of components to achieve the ideal of home-made products.
功能特點 Functions and features
閥體結(jié)構(gòu)：片式結(jié)構(gòu)，1-10連內(nèi)可任意組合。
Body structure:On-chip architecture,from 1 to 10 can be any combination of joints.
油路形式：并聯(lián)、串并聯(lián)
Oil ways:Parallel ,series and parallel.
穩(wěn)流閥：進油閥片內(nèi)設(shè)有穩(wěn)流裝置，保證轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)正常工作
Steady flow valve:The oil into the valves is equipped with steady flow devices,to ensure the system work properly.
附加閥：換向閥片內(nèi)可帶過載閥、二次壓力閥、補油閥等附加閥供用戶選擇。
Additional valve:The valve can be brought on-chip overload valve,the second pressure valve,recharging oil valve etc.for the user to choose.
前傾限速：具有叉車門架前傾限速，避免門架產(chǎn)生限速運動和氣穴現(xiàn)象的R型滑閥機能。
Fore rake speed limit:With a slide valve function of fore rake speed limit for forklift truck door frame.Avoided the door frame to avoid excessive movement and cavitations R.
反沖復(fù)位：具有在換向位置達到設(shè)定壓力的自動反沖復(fù)位和彈簧復(fù)位、鋼球定位方式。
Recoil reduction:With the way of auto recoil reduction,spring reset and ball positioning in the reversing position to achieve pressure
平穩(wěn)微動性能：節(jié)流型OX型滑閥機能保證屬具平穩(wěn)工作，各種機能均有良好的微動性能。
Fretting a stable performance:Throttling OX sliding valve function is to ensure a smooth work,a variety of functions have been fretting a good performance.
單雙回路：CDB15型多路換向閥適用于單泵分流雙回路系統(tǒng)。CDB20型多路閥適用于雙泵分流雙回路系統(tǒng)。
Single-double-loop:CDB15 multiple-valve applied to two-circuit system with single pump shunt.CDB20 multi-directional valves applied to two-loop system with double-pump shunt.
負(fù)載保持：每連都內(nèi)置有負(fù)載保持和壓力隔斷的單向閥。
Maintain the load:There are even joint built-in each one-way valve with load keeping and pressure cut-off.
適用領(lǐng)域：1-10T叉車、小型挖掘機、小型裝載機及其它機械。
