冷熱沖擊試驗(yàn)機(jī)，用來測試材料結(jié)構(gòu)或復(fù)合材料，在瞬間下經(jīng)溫及極低溫的連續(xù)環(huán)境下所能忍受
的程度，藉以在最短時(shí)間內(nèi)試驗(yàn)其熱脹冷縮所引起的化學(xué)變化或物理傷害。適用的對象包括理電池、
金屬、塑料、橡膠、電子”二等材料，可作為其產(chǎn)品改進(jìn)的依據(jù)或參考。
Cold & thermal impact tester is used to test the capability of material structure or composite materials to withstand
the continuous environmental changes between extremely high temperature and low temperatures during a short
period, and therefore understａnd the chemical changes or physical damages caused by expansion from heat and
contraction from cold in the shortest possible time. It is applicable to Lithium-ion battery,metals, plastic, rubber,
electronics amongst other， Lithium-ion battery. The test result can be used as a reference or basis for product
improvement.

.三箱設(shè)備區(qū)分為:高溫區(qū)、低溫區(qū)、測試區(qū)三部分，測試產(chǎn)品置于測試區(qū)，沖擊時(shí)高溫區(qū)的溫度沖壓入測試去進(jìn)行沖擊，測試產(chǎn)品為靜態(tài)式。
.采用觸控式圖控澡作介面。操作筒易。
.沖擊方式應(yīng)用風(fēng)路切換方式將溫度導(dǎo)入測試區(qū)，做冷熱沖擊洲試。
.高溫沖擊或低濕沖擊時(shí)，時(shí)間可達(dá)999H,循環(huán)周期可達(dá)9999次。
.系統(tǒng)可作自動(dòng)循環(huán)衙移或手動(dòng)選擇性沖擊并可設(shè)定二區(qū)或三區(qū)沖擊及冷沖熱沖啟始。
.冷卻采二元冷凍系統(tǒng)，降濕效果快速，冷卻方式為水冷式。
.可以試驗(yàn)沖擊常溫

Binary cooling system is adopted for cooling,with quick cooling effect.The method is water cooling.
Normal temperature shocd test is allowed.
