工作原理/working principle
物料落入進(jìn)料斗，經(jīng)中心進(jìn)料孔進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的甩輪，這甩輪內(nèi)被迅速加速，其加速度可達(dá)數(shù)十倍重力加速度，然后高速?gòu)乃喅?，首先與反彈后自由下落的，另一部分物料進(jìn)行撞擊，然后一起沖擊到物料襯層(石打石)或反擊塊(石打鐵)上，被反彈斜向上沖擊到渦流腔的頂部，又改變其運(yùn)動(dòng)方向，偏轉(zhuǎn)向下運(yùn)動(dòng)，又與從葉輪流道發(fā)射出來(lái)的物料撞擊形成連續(xù)的物料幕。這樣，一塊物料這渦流破碎腔內(nèi)受到兩次至多次機(jī)率撞擊、摩擦和研磨破碎作用。被破碎的物料由下部排料口排出。
