YPF系列膜片壓力表簡(jiǎn)介
膜片壓力表適用于測(cè)量具有一定腐蝕性、非凝固或非結(jié)晶的各種流體介體的壓力或真空，它是解決測(cè)量高溫粘稠壓力的有效途徑。
耐腐蝕性能取決于膜片材料?？筛鶕?jù)測(cè)量介質(zhì)對(duì)耐腐蝕性能的不同要求而選用不同材質(zhì)的膜片。
不銹鋼膜片壓力表的導(dǎo)壓系統(tǒng)和外殼等均為不銹鋼，有較強(qiáng)的耐腐蝕性能。
耐震膜片壓力表內(nèi)部充灌阻尼液和配套緩沖裝置，具有良好的耐震性能。在被測(cè)介質(zhì)的壓力有強(qiáng)烈脈沖變化或壓力沖擊和在生產(chǎn)工藝中經(jīng)常突然卸荷的場(chǎng)合，以及環(huán)境震動(dòng)較大的場(chǎng)所中，耐震膜片壓力表都能穩(wěn)定進(jìn)行測(cè)量。
Brief introduction
Diaphragm pressure meters are suitable for measuring pressure or negative pressure of various liquid mediums that is corrosive, non-crystalloid and non-concretionary.Itis officient path to slove measure high temperature viscidity pressure.
Corrosion resistance depends on diaphragm material. Choosing diaphragm material is decided by different performance of corrosion resistant that the measured medium required.
In stainless steel diaphragm pressure meters, stainless steel material is adopted in manufacturing pressure leading system and its crust, so this sort of meters possesses better corrosion-resistant performance.
Shockproof diaphragm pressure meter is filled with damping liquid inside and assembled with buffering device, owning good performance of shock proof. This sort of meters can measure pressure steadily in locations where the pressure of medium changes intensely and pressure shock exists, or pressure is released suddenly in the course of manufacturing, or working environment shock largely.

結(jié)構(gòu)原理
儀表由測(cè)量系統(tǒng)(包括法蘭接頭、波紋膜片)、傳動(dòng)指示機(jī)構(gòu)(包括連桿、齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、指針和度盤)和外殼(包括表殼和罩圈)等組成。儀表外殼為防濺結(jié)構(gòu)，具有較好的密性，故能保護(hù)其內(nèi)部機(jī)構(gòu)免受污穢浸入。
儀表的作用原理是基于彈性元件(測(cè)量系統(tǒng)上的膜片)變形。在被測(cè)介質(zhì)的壓力作用下，迫使膜片產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的彈性變形——位移，借助頂桿使經(jīng)傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)工作，由固定于齒輪上的指針將被測(cè)值在度盤上指示出來。
Configuration principle
This sort of meters is composed of measuring system (including flange joint, ripple diaphragm), driving indicating machine (including connecting bar, gear wheel driving machine, pointer and meter dial), and crust (including meter shell and cover circle). Meter crust is designed into antispatter structure, with better sealing performance, so it can prevent dirtiness from immerging into the inner structure.
Operation principle of the meters is based on distortion of elastic components (diaphragm used in measuring system). Under the action of pressure of measured medium, diaphragm will produce corresponding elastic distortion－displacement. The displacement is enlarged by driving machine in virtue of connecting bar, thus measured pressure value will be shown up gradually by pointer fixed on gear wheel.
