 該閥安裝于水泵出口。用于防止介質倒流，可與水泵聯(lián)動，可有效防止水錘現(xiàn)象產(chǎn)生。適用于工礦企業(yè)、高層建筑等水系統(tǒng)。

The valve is installed in the outlet of the pump. It is used to prevent the backflow of the medium and can be connected with the water pump to prevent water hammer phenomenon. It is applicable to water systems such as industrial and mining enterprises and high-rise buildings.

特點 Characteristic

兩階段關閉防水錘效果好，明顯。The two-phase shut-off hammer has good effect and quiet sound.

原理 Principle

開閥：水泵起動，電磁閥通電打開，主閥上隔膜室的水流入下游。主閥瓣被下腔壓力水推起。

關閥：停泵前，電磁閥斷電，主閥開始關閉，當關閉至10%開度時，行程開關動作，水泵停止。余下10%開度靠介質倒流使主閥瓣關閉。

Open valve: water pump starts, the solenoid valve opens, the water of the diaphragm chamber in the main valve flows downstream. The main disc is pushed by the cavity pressure.

Shutoff valve: before stopping the pump, the solenoid valve is off. The main valve begins to close. When it closes to 10%, the stroke switch moves and the pump stops. 

The remaining 10% opening depends on the flow of the medium to close the main disc.
