該產(chǎn)品供生產(chǎn)、經(jīng)營(yíng)、使用單位實(shí)驗(yàn)室對(duì)粉塵的物理性能測(cè)定使用。
The product is used for the physical performance of powder in production, operation and use of unit laboratories.
二、原理Principle:
將堆滿溢料盤(pán)的粉塵從漏斗口注入到水平料盤(pán)上；測(cè)量粉塵堆積斜面與底部水平面所夾銳角，即粉塵安息角。
Inject enough powder from the funnel into the horizontal disc.Measure the acute angle between the incline and the bottom of the surface of the powder, namely the powder angle of repose
三、參數(shù)資料：Technical Parameters
漏斗錐度60°± 0.5°；
Funnel taper 60°± 0.5°
流出口徑 5mm，漏斗中心與下部料盤(pán)中心應(yīng)在一條垂線上；
Outlet diameter 5mm, the center of the funnel and the center of the lower tray should be on a vertical line.
流出口底沿與盤(pán)面距離80mm 2 mm，量角器7.5cm~10 cm；
The distance between bottom of outlet and disc is 80mm 2 mm, protractor7.5cm~10 cm.
料盤(pán)直徑 80 mm， 容積100 ml的量筒；
Tray diameter 80 mm, cylinder volume 100 ml.
平直的塵樣刮片，棒針；
Flat dust scraping blade, needle bar.
