◆產(chǎn)品說(shuō)明 Product description

Q37(Q75)系列吊鉤式拋(噴)丸清理機(jī)是我公司研制的一種新型設(shè)備。是在國(guó)內(nèi)外廣泛調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,根據(jù)用戶的實(shí)際需求而設(shè)計(jì)的。

吊鉤式拋丸機(jī)具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn):

1.  采用大拋丸量、高拋射速度的懸臂式離心拋丸器,能顯著地提高清理率、獲得滿意的清理質(zhì)量。

2.  模擬拋射圖及拋丸機(jī)的全部圖紙均采用計(jì)算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(jì)(CAD)繪制,拋丸器的選用及布置更為合理。

3.  采用倍受歡迎的無(wú)地坑結(jié)構(gòu)形式,即節(jié)省了地坑基礎(chǔ)的施工費(fèi)用及時(shí)間,又解決了用戶因地坑存水而造成的提升機(jī)內(nèi)的丸砂銹蝕結(jié)塊問(wèn)題。吊鉤具有升降、運(yùn)行和室內(nèi)旋轉(zhuǎn)的功能。

4.  清理室內(nèi)采用高鉻板防護(hù),使用壽命大大提高,外形美觀、易于更換。

自動(dòng):需拋丸處理的工件直接懸掛在吊鉤或掛架上,人工帶至拋丸室前部的牽引系統(tǒng),吊鉤自動(dòng)進(jìn)入拋丸室。吊鉤進(jìn)入拋丸室后,拋丸室門(mén)將氣動(dòng)關(guān)閉,電氣聯(lián)鎖,以避免工件在拋丸室內(nèi)進(jìn)行拋丸處理時(shí)他人誤開(kāi)拋丸室門(mén)。吊鉤進(jìn)入拋丸室在設(shè)定的區(qū)間位置作來(lái)回往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)和自轉(zhuǎn),使工件受到充分拋射,減少拋射死角。二個(gè)吊鉤、一個(gè)吊鉤在拋丸室內(nèi)拋射,另一個(gè)吊鉤可裝卸工件。拋丸處理的時(shí)間可任意調(diào)整。拋丸器停止運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后拋丸室門(mén)打開(kāi),以帶進(jìn)和帶出工件。拋丸處理中產(chǎn)生的粉塵由二級(jí)除塵器過(guò)濾排放。

Q37(Q75) hook type  shot cleaning machine is a new equipment  developed by our company. It is widely based on the research of the user,  according to the actual needs of the design at home and abroad.

Advantages:

2、對(duì)于重型工件,拋丸機(jī)可選配電動(dòng)葫蘆。

3、拋丸室的門(mén)有氣動(dòng)或手動(dòng)啟閉。

手動(dòng):本型清理機(jī)適合于鑄造、建筑、化工、電機(jī)、機(jī)床等行業(yè)的中、小型鑄、鍛件的表面清理或強(qiáng)化處理。特別適合于多品種、小批量的鑄件、鍛件、鋁合金鑄件及鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件進(jìn)行表面清理及拋丸強(qiáng)化,以去掉工件表面的少量粘砂、砂芯及氧化皮;亦適合于對(duì)熱處理件的表面清理及強(qiáng)化;尤其適合于不宜碰撞的細(xì)長(zhǎng)、薄壁件的清理。
