Product use:
The test battery is tested at the height specified by the heavy hammer to see whether the safety performance of the battery meets the standard requirements
Structure of equipment:
1: Control system: PLC touch screen control
2: Impact system: the transmission shaft of the deceleration motor connects the displacement sensor and the sprocket, and the sprocket wheel rotation drives the impact hammer component connected to the chain to control the impact height, release the heavy hammer through the electromagnet in the component, and conduct the shock test on the battery.
3: Safety anti-smash pin: there is a safety pin hole on the guide rod around the impact heavy hammer. After the heavy hammer is lifted, the safety pin can be inserted into the hole to prevent the accidental fall of the heavy hammer and hurt the battery and then unplug the pin for testing
4: Auxiliary function: with visual explosion-proof glass window; lighting; smoke exhaust; pressure relief and explosion-proof; door limit protection; emergency stop protection function; movement and fixing function of equipment
