2、采用獨立加熱箱,集中式加熱,獨立熱風(fēng)輸送風(fēng)道,獨立回風(fēng)輸送管道設(shè)計,每小段都設(shè)有風(fēng)量調(diào)節(jié)裝置,
優(yōu)點是10幾米長的隧道爐內(nèi)部整體溫度都很均勻。
采用PID控溫模式,電力調(diào)節(jié)器控制加熱模組,既控溫精度高,又能延長電器使用壽命
設(shè)定溫度:室溫+10度到200度
------內(nèi)膽溫度均勻( ±3℃ )
3、強力風(fēng)循環(huán)—
------利于產(chǎn)品充分加熱
4、動力式鏈板設(shè)計--產(chǎn)品在烘烤過程平穩(wěn)走動,承重能力也強
------保持產(chǎn)品水平移動,避免固化膠在未固化時淌膠的現(xiàn)象。
5、動力速度可調(diào),1-8m/s,用戶可根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的大小情況自己設(shè)定合適的烘烤時間
------提高單位時間成品率。
6、烤爐長度根據(jù)客戶產(chǎn)能可以設(shè)計6米、8米或10幾米,長度、寬度可定制。

1. Optimized Design Over Ten Years:
- The design has been gradually optimized over the past ten years, improving insulation structures and increasing the thickness of insulating materials to reduce the heat transfer coefficient.
- This helps to minimize heat loss as much as possible.
2. Independent Heating Chambers:
- Independent heating chambers with centralized heating, independent hot air supply ducts, and independent exhaust ducts are used.
- Each section is equipped with airflow adjustment devices, ensuring uniform temperature throughout the entire length of the tunnel furnace, even for units over 10 meters long.
- PID temperature control mode with a power regulator to control heating modules, providing high temperature control accuracy and prolonging the life of electrical components.
- Settable temperature range: Room temperature + 10°C to 200°C.
- Uniform internal temperature (±3°C).
3. Strong Air Circulation:
- Facilitates thorough heating of the products.
4. Powerful Chain Plate Design:
- Ensures smooth movement of products during baking, with strong load-bearing capacity.
- Keeps products moving horizontally to prevent dripping of uncured adhesive.
5. Adjustable Speed:
- Speed adjustable from 1-8 m/s, allowing users to set the appropriate baking time based on the size of the product.
- Improves the output rate per unit time.
6. Customizable Length and Width:
- The length of the oven can be designed to be 6 meters, 8 meters, or over 10 meters based on the customer's production capacity.
- Both length and width can be customized.
