用途 一種金屬蛋白酶抑制劑，選擇性作用于氨基酸肽酶（aminopeptidase）。 貝他定是 氨基酸肽酶、氨基酸肽酶B和三氨基酸肽酶的抑制劑。在60 nM抑制氨基酸肽酶（用*-β-萘胺作為底物），在20 nM抑制*肽酶（用*-β-萘胺作為底物）。 It showed no inhibition of 對氨基酸肽酶A（aminopeptidase A）、 *（trypsin）、chymotrypsin, elastase, 木瓜蛋白酶（papain）, 胃液素（pepsin）, 或 themolysin均有抑制作用。
