二級反滲透工藝:二級反滲透是以采用一級反滲透的產(chǎn)水作為原水，進行第二次反滲透的凈化，產(chǎn)水導電率≤3μs/cm。在飲用純凈水方面已廣泛應用。反滲透技術(shù)常應用于預除鹽處理， 能夠使離子交換樹脂的負荷減輕90%以上，樹脂的再生劑用量也減少90%。因此，不僅節(jié)約運行費用，而且還利于環(huán)境保護。

Two stage Reverse Osmosis lectotype:

     Two stage RO capacity is based on using one reverse osmosis output water as feed water, and for the second reverse osmosis purification, production of water conductivity ≤ 3μs/cm. Pure drinking water has been widely used. Reverse osmosis desalination technology is often used in the pre-treatment and also able to reduce the load on ion exchange resins more than 90%, regeneration of resin dosage also decreased by 90%. Therefore, it is not only can save operating costs, but also conducive to environmental protection. Reverse osmosis water treatment technology is unique in other ways, such as water distillation, electrodialysis, ion exchange, etc. can not be achieved.

基本技術(shù)特征

(1)系統(tǒng)采用全自動控制(同時亦可采用手動控制)，系統(tǒng)運行時可設定自動反洗、再生程序;

(2)一級反滲透和二級反滲透設有回流管道，反滲透設備設有化學清洗裝置和消毒裝置;

(3)在一級反滲透和二級反滲透間設有 PH調(diào)節(jié)裝置，以保證設備產(chǎn)水電導率符合藥典要求;

(4)二級反滲透膜采用帶正電荷的抗污染反滲透膜，以保證反滲透設備能*穩(wěn)定運行;

（5）一級反滲透管路采用 304不銹鋼材料，二級反滲透采用 316L 不銹鋼材料;
