低溫彎折儀操作規(guī)程溫彎折儀根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)GB12952-91, GB/T16777-1997的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造，既適合做防水卷材的要求設(shè)計(jì)制造,
低溫彎折儀 操作規(guī)程：
1、按 GB12953—2003 的圖 1 表 4 裁取試件，將試件的迎 水面朝外，彎曲 180 度，使 50mm 寬的邊緣重合;齊平；并固 定。將彎折儀上下平板距離調(diào)節(jié)為卷材厚度的 3 倍。
2、儀翻開(kāi)，把兩塊試件平放在下平板上，重合的一邊朝 向轉(zhuǎn)軸，且據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)軸 20mm。在設(shè)定溫度下將彎折儀與試件一起 放入低溫箱中，達(dá)到規(guī)定溫度后在此溫度下放置 1h。然后在 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)溫度下將上平板 1s 內(nèi)壓下，達(dá)到所調(diào)間距位置，在此位 置保持 1s 后將試件取出?；謴?fù)到室溫后觀察彎折處是否斷裂， 或用 6 倍大放大鏡觀察試件彎折處有無(wú)裂紋。
