Elisa實(shí)驗(yàn)原理：酶結(jié)合物與相應(yīng)抗原或抗體結(jié)合后，可根據(jù)加入底物的顏色反應(yīng)來判定是否有免疫反應(yīng)的存在，而且顏色反應(yīng)的深淺是與標(biāo)本中相應(yīng)抗原或抗體的量成正比例的，所以，可以按底物顯色的程度顯示試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。
