該細(xì)胞源于一位51歲患有非小細(xì)胞肺癌黑人男性患者的治療前的腫瘤組織，表達(dá)C-myc、L-myc、v-src、v-abl、v-erb B、c-raf 1、Ha-ras、Ki-ras、N-ras RNAs；該細(xì)胞攜帶K-ras 12突變；p53基因246位密碼子突變ATC→ATG；表達(dá)PDGF A和B鏈的異源mRNA；表達(dá)TGFα、TGFβ和EGFR；角蛋白 5、8和18陽性，波形蛋白陽性，神經(jīng)絲蛋白陰性，左旋多巴脫氫酶陰性；據(jù)報(bào)道，在軟瓊脂中該細(xì)胞形成克隆的效率為9.7%。
RPMI 1640 （w/o Hepes） 10%FBS；4.5g/L Glucose＋10mMHepes＋1mM丙酮酸鈉　
1:3傳代；3~4天1次。
