立式雙缸液壓打包機(jī)使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為25A，安裝時(shí)要有接地保護(hù)，電機(jī)要根據(jù)所示方向運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)才能啟用，否則不能啟動(dòng)。油箱加入120公斤的液壓油方可啟動(dòng)使用。但當(dāng)氣溫降低時(shí)液壓油濃度大，機(jī)內(nèi)的濾清器不能起到過(guò)濾作用，這時(shí)必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復(fù)后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應(yīng)每月清洗1-2次）。

1、通入電源：把電箱內(nèi)空氣開(kāi)關(guān)（本機(jī)總開(kāi)關(guān)）合上，先檢查三相電源電壓是否正常，（用儀表或探電筆測(cè)試）關(guān)閉電相門(mén)，查看電相門(mén)板表面紅色電源指示燈是否亮起。

主要由液壓缸、電機(jī)與油箱、壓盤(pán)、箱體及底座、上門(mén)、下門(mén)、門(mén)閂、打包帶支架、鐵支等構(gòu)成。 　　立式液壓打包機(jī)常見(jiàn)故障分析 　　1 機(jī)器不能運(yùn)作，但泵還在運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 　　l 馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向反了。檢查馬達(dá)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)方向； 　　l 馬達(dá)的電壓太低以至不能在現(xiàn)有的負(fù)載下正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，檢查電壓； 　　l 檢查液壓管路是否有軟管滲漏或被挾住； 　　l 檢查泵耦合，確保鍵槽不能離開(kāi)泵軸； 　　l 檢查油箱中的液壓油是否足夠（液面應(yīng)在油箱體積1/2以上的位置）； 　　l 油箱的吸濾器或頂部的透氣蓋可能塞住了； 　　l 檢查吸引管線裝置是否松了，在泵的吸引端口是否有毛細(xì)裂縫，吸引管線應(yīng)該一直都有油并沒(méi)有氣泡； 　　2 機(jī)器運(yùn)行得太慢 　　l 有東西塞住了吸濾器、透氣蓋或壓力過(guò)濾器，或軟管被挾?。?　　l 馬達(dá)電壓較低； 　　l 液壓油較稀或較稠 　　3 馬達(dá)過(guò)熱 　　l 接線不正確； 　　l 由于缺油導(dǎo)致泵過(guò)熱； 　　l 液壓油太稀或太稠； 　　4 漏油或油從油箱中噴灑出來(lái) 　　透氣孔阻塞導(dǎo)致油箱壓力增大，使油噴灑出來(lái)。清理透氣孔或換一個(gè)透氣裝置。 　　5 機(jī)器不能運(yùn)作，馬達(dá)不能運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn) 　　l 控制保險(xiǎn)絲斷了； 　　l 電機(jī)起動(dòng)器超載斷開(kāi)。按下控制器上的“重置"按鈕； 　　l 引線保險(xiǎn)絲斷了； 　　l 檢查變壓器； 　　l 檢查按鈕。
