Operation guide book

Preface

Correct operation, serious maintenance and observing safety regulation are of necessity for raising operation efficiency, prolonging service life and ensuring safety. To avoid accident and raise production efficiency, the operator should know the operation of filter press well and be familiar with its’ structure and filtration principle.

Now we manufacture box filter, plate-frame filter and diaphragm filter press and box filter press is our main product. So this Manual is based on box type. The working principle of plate-frame one is similar with box type, so the Manual is also used for plate-frame one as a reference.

前言

正確安裝使用壓濾機(jī)，認(rèn)真維護(hù)、保養(yǎng)和嚴(yán)格遵守安全操作規(guī)程是提高設(shè)備使用效率、延長(zhǎng)設(shè)備使用壽命、保證安全生產(chǎn)的必要條件。因此操作者應(yīng)熟練掌握壓濾機(jī)的正確操作方法，還應(yīng)熟悉壓濾機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和過(guò)濾基本原理，才能提高生產(chǎn)效率及避免不必要的設(shè)備事故或損壞。

目前我公司生產(chǎn)的壓濾機(jī)主要有廂式、板框式和隔膜壓榨式等系列，廂式壓濾機(jī)與板框式壓濾機(jī)相比有許多*性。在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中以廂式壓濾機(jī)為主。本說(shuō)明書(shū)也是根據(jù)廂式壓濾機(jī)操作特點(diǎn)而編寫(xiě)的，但板框式壓濾機(jī)與廂式壓濾機(jī)工作原理基本相似，所以也能參考。

Briefing

The principle of filter press is that the pressure difference on two side of filter cloth push the liquid in material penetrating the cloth and exiting the filter press and the material remains in filter as filter cake. Filter press is widely used in chemical, pharmacy, ceramic, sugar, dye, cement, silicate and other industry.

                         概述

壓濾機(jī)是利用濾布兩邊的壓力差，迫使物料中的絕大部分水份透過(guò)濾布，流出機(jī)體外，而物料被阻隔在濾室內(nèi)形成濾餅，以達(dá)到過(guò)濾的目的。目前，壓濾機(jī)已廣泛用于化工、制藥、冶金、陶瓷、制糖、顏料、染料、水泥、硅酸鹽等工業(yè)以及市政與工業(yè)污泥脫水等方面。

 Description of type

壓濾機(jī)型號(hào)說(shuō)明

                    Installation

1. Filter press shall be installed on cement foundation horizontally and secondary grouting is necessary.(The pedestal of thrust plate shall be fixed with bolts and the pedestal of oil cylinder shall not be fixed).

To convenient discharging, one meter free space around filter should be arranged. Filter shall avoid rain and direct sunshine.

2. Connecting power. The motor shall rotate clockwise.

3. Open air cleaner and add hydraulic oil to a level lower than motor

4. Mount return pipe, stop valve and pressure gauge.

5. Mount filter cloth.

6. Final check.

安裝

1.壓濾機(jī)應(yīng)水平安裝于混凝土基礎(chǔ)結(jié)構(gòu)上，安裝的基礎(chǔ)應(yīng)采用二次灌漿。（注意在止推板下方的支架處用螺栓固定，油缸下方支架不需固定，不要包水泥）以保證壓濾機(jī)在受壓情況下的自由度?？紤]到壓濾機(jī)在卸料時(shí)便于操作，機(jī)架周?chē)鷳?yīng)留一米左右的空間。

2.接好電源，電機(jī)需順時(shí)針旋轉(zhuǎn)。

3. 打開(kāi)空氣濾清器注入液壓油，油面高度與電機(jī)蓋板水平稍低一些。

4. 進(jìn)料管處應(yīng)安裝回流管、截止閥和壓力表。

5. 裝上濾布。

6．zui后的檢查工作。

Piping installation and operation sequence

1. See sketch for piping installation.

2.  operation sequence

(1) press plate and frame

(2) open charging valve, shut return valve

(3) start charging pump

(4) control the filtration pressure by adjusting return valve to required pressure , but no higher than 0.4Mpa

 (5) adjust charging pressure by control return valve. When filter liquid’s flow rate becomes rather low, shut down charging pump and release the filter plate to unload filter cake.

 (6) If the filter cake is not dry enough, press the filter plate and filtrate again.

2．操作程序

（1）壓緊板框；

（2）打開(kāi)進(jìn)料閥，關(guān)閉回流閥；

（3）啟動(dòng)進(jìn)料泵；

（4）觀察壓力表在過(guò)濾過(guò)程中的壓力，根據(jù)實(shí)際情況控制過(guò)濾壓力，打開(kāi)回流閥，使壓力控制在0.4Mpa以下;

（5）用回流閥調(diào)節(jié)進(jìn)料壓力,直至過(guò)濾的出液量很小,即可關(guān)閉進(jìn)料泵,若不需要洗滌,既可打開(kāi)濾板,卸料;

（6）如打開(kāi)濾板,感到濾餅不夠干,可繼續(xù)合上壓緊板，再度過(guò)濾；

Precaution

1. Filter press shall be operated with the required filter plates installed by specified sequence .

2. The pressure of oil cylinder shall not exceed rated value.

3. The Valves shall be opened in a sequence specified in Operation Manual.

4. The temperature of filter material shall not higher than 80℃.

5. when moving filter plate, care must be taken to avoid collision and protect the sealing surface and handles.

6. After unloading filter cake, filter plate and filter cloth shall be cleaned and no residual shall be left on the sealing surface and passage.

7. Right filter cloth shall be used to meet filtration requirement.

8. Filter cloth shall be checked periodically.

9. The hydraulic elements of oil box, oil cylinder, oil pump and return valve shall be no-load operated periodically and cleaned .

10.Normally the oil shall be changed after first operation and then every six month. The oil shall be filtrated to 20um.

注意事項(xiàng)

1．必須按次序和規(guī)定的數(shù)量放置濾板。

2.油缸的壓力不得超過(guò)額定值。

3.閥門(mén)必須按操作程序啟用。

4.過(guò)濾的濾漿溫度必須控制在不高于80℃。

5.移動(dòng)濾板時(shí)，用力應(yīng)均勻適當(dāng)，不得碰撞摔打，以免損壞密封面及手柄。

6.卸餅后的濾板和濾布必須沖洗干凈，絕不允許有殘?jiān)N在密封面或孔道上。

7.濾布選擇一定要符合濾漿的過(guò)濾要求。

8.濾布在需定期檢查。

9.油箱、油缸、油泵和溢流閥等液壓元件需定期進(jìn)行空載運(yùn)行，循環(huán)清洗干凈。    

10.在一般工作環(huán)境下*次使用的壓濾機(jī)應(yīng)在一個(gè)月內(nèi)換油。工作油的過(guò)濾精度為20um，工作油的更換周期為6個(gè)月。

                 Safety Operation

1. Preparation before commissioning

  1) Check the tightness of bolts, completeness of parts, correctness of oil path and electric circuit.

  2) Check if the rotating parts move smoothly and agilely.

  3) Filter cloth shall be mounted on filter plate correctly.

2. Safety Regulation

  1) The one who is not familiar with filter press is not allowed to operate.

  2) If serious leakage and abnormal condition are found, the operation shall be stopped immediay, find out the cause and fixed it.

  3) While operating, no maintenance shall be carried out.

  4) The operation pressure shall not exceed the specified one.             

安全操作

1、調(diào)試前的準(zhǔn)備工作：

1）檢查各緊固件是否緊固，零部件是否齊全，油路、電路安裝是否正確。

2）檢查各傳動(dòng)部件是否靈活，高低壓油管連接是否正確無(wú)誤。

3）濾布正確的安裝在濾板上。

2、安全操作規(guī)程：

1）不了解機(jī)器結(jié)構(gòu)性能和操作規(guī)程者，不應(yīng)擅自開(kāi)動(dòng)機(jī)器。

2）發(fā)現(xiàn)機(jī)器有嚴(yán)重漏油或工作中發(fā)生不正?，F(xiàn)象，應(yīng)立即停止檢查分析原因并排除故障。

• 機(jī)器在工作過(guò)程中，不得檢修或調(diào)整設(shè)備部件。

4)不許在超過(guò)使用壓力下工作。
