一、丹富斯全銅壓差控制閥性能與特點：全銅壓差控制閥

該閥為雙瓣結(jié)構(gòu)，閥桿不平衡力小，結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊，用于供熱（空調(diào)）水系統(tǒng)中，恒定被控系統(tǒng)的壓差，并有以下特點：

 1、恒定被控系統(tǒng)壓差；

2、支持被控系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部自主調(diào)節(jié)；

3、吸收外網(wǎng)壓差波動；

4、采用*的無級調(diào)節(jié)壓結(jié)構(gòu)，控制壓差可調(diào)比可達25：1；

二、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)

 1、公稱壓力：1.6MPa；

 3、工作壓差范圍：0.02~0.3 MPa；

 4、控制壓差設(shè)定值：0.02 MPa（2mH2O）,控制壓差可調(diào)范圍2~6 mH2O；

 5、導(dǎo)壓管長度：1m ；

 6、導(dǎo)壓管連接端尺寸：1/2//管螺紋。

三、壓差控制閥安裝調(diào)試

 1、介質(zhì)流動方向應(yīng)與閥體箭頭方向*；

2、該型閥應(yīng)安裝在供水管上，閥上接導(dǎo)壓管，導(dǎo)壓管的另一端與供水管連接，建議在導(dǎo)壓管供水端安裝1/2//球閥，以便啟動消除堵塞功能；

3、在導(dǎo)壓管前的供水管上應(yīng)安裝過濾閥，避免水質(zhì)太差造成該閥失去自動調(diào)節(jié)功能；

4、供水管和該閥前的回水管應(yīng)分別裝設(shè)壓力表，便于調(diào)節(jié)控制壓差；

5、如發(fā)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)流量過大或過小，可能的原因是管道元件安裝時的雜物卡阻在閥塞上，可將1/2//球閥關(guān)閉3~5分鐘，這時如果是較輕堵塞，即可自動消除，如還不能消除，則要拆開閥門檢查并消除堵塞物；

6、控制壓差調(diào)節(jié)方法：逆時針方向調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓閥桿，觀察壓差閥后壓力表降低0.01 MPa時，控制壓差即由設(shè)定的0.02 MPa增大到0.03 MPa，以此類推；

7、該閥的工作壓差為0.02~0.3 MPa，如安裝后發(fā)現(xiàn)其工作壓差大于0.3 MPa時應(yīng)在供水管上安裝手動調(diào)節(jié)閥，降低熱力入口裝置處的供、回水管壓差，否則，壓差閥可能只在小開度下*工作，會產(chǎn)生噪音，還會大大降低該閥的使用壽命。

Third, differential pressure control valve installation and debugging

1, the medium flow direction should be consistent with body direction arrow;

Type 2, the valve should be installed on the water supply pipe, valve guide pressure tube, on the other end of the guide pipe connected to the water supply pipe, it is recommended to guide pipe water supply side install 1/2 / / ball valve, in order to start the eliminate congestion function;
