產(chǎn)品介紹：The columns are spin format desalting columns for removal of salts, radioisotopes, dyes, primers, deoxynucleotides (dNTPs) and buffer exchanges. The samples are added to the column and spun briefly to collect clean samples for further downstream processes. Supplied in two sizes:the Micro size is for processing up to 200 μl and the Medi size for processing up to 500 μl.

Spin-OUT™ GT-1200 is for the purification of proteins >12 kDa and nucleic acids larger than 20 bp;
Spin-OUT™ PCR is for the cleaning of PCR products;
Spin-OUT?PCR-20 removes contaminating products from PCR products, including <20 bp primers, dNTPs and salts;
Spin-OUT™  PCR-32 removes PCR products from <32 bp primers, dNTPs and salts.
