英文介紹：Olfactory receptors interact with odorant molecules in the nose, to initiate a neuronal response that triggers the perception of a smell. The olfactory receptor proteins are members of a large family of G-protein-coupled receptors (GPCR) arising from single coding-exon genes. Olfactory receptors share a 7-transmembrane domain structure with many neurotransmitter and hormone receptors and are responsible for the recognition and G protein-mediated transduction of odorant signals. The olfactory receptor gene family is the largest in the genome. The nomenclature assigned to the olfactory receptor genes and proteins for this organism is independent of other organisms. 保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1 脫蠟和水化：脫蠟前應(yīng)將組織芯片在室溫中放置60分鐘或60℃恒溫箱中烘烤20分鐘。 a 組織芯片置于二甲苯中浸泡10分鐘,更換二甲苯后在浸泡10分鐘
b 無水乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
c 95%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
d 75%乙醇中浸泡五分鐘
2 抗原修復(fù)：用于福爾馬林固定的石蠟包埋組織芯片：
A 抗原熱修復(fù)
a 高壓熱修復(fù) 在沸水中加入EDTA（ph8.0）或0.01m*緩沖溶液（ph6.0）.蓋上不銹鋼鍋蓋，但不能鎖定。將玻片置于金屬染色加上，緩慢加壓，是玻片在緩沖液中浸泡五分鐘，然后將蓋子鎖定，小閥門將會(huì)升起來。10分鐘后除去熱源，置入涼水中，當(dāng)小閥門沉下去后打開蓋子。此方法適用于較難檢測(cè)或核抗原的抗原修復(fù)。
b 沸熱修復(fù) 電爐或水浴鍋加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至95℃左右，放入組織芯片加熱10-15分鐘。
C 微波爐加熱 在微波爐里加熱0.01*緩沖液（ph6.0）至沸騰后將組織芯片放入，斷電，間隔5-10分鐘，反復(fù)1-2次。適用的抗原：
Bcl-2.Bax.AR.PR.C-fos.x-jum.z-kit.c-myc.E-cadherin.
ChromograninA.Cyclin.ER.Heatshock.Protein.HPV.Ki-67.MDMZ.P53.P34.P15.P-glycoprotein.PKC.PCNA.ras.Rb.等
B 酶消化方法 
常用0.1%*和0.4%*液。*使用前預(yù)熱37℃，消化時(shí)間約為5-30分鐘。適用于被固定遮蔽的抗原：包括 Collagen.GFAP.
Complement.Cytokeratin.C-erB-2.LCA.LN.等
