英文介紹：This gene is a member of the cadherin superfamily, whose genes encode calcium dependent cell-cell adhesion glycoproteins. The encoded protein is thought to be involved in stereocilia organization and hair bundle formation. The gene is located in a region containing the human deafness loci DFNB12 and USH1D. Usher syndrome 1D and nonsyndromic autosomal recessive deafness DFNB12 are caused by allelic mutations of this cadherin-like gene. Upregulation of this gene may also be associated with breast cancer. Alternative splice variants encoding different isoforms have been described.

保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-CDH23抗體,鈣粘蛋白23抗體封閉(Blocking)：

轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后，立即把蛋白膜放置到預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備好的Western洗滌液中，漂洗1-2分鐘，以洗去膜上的轉(zhuǎn)膜液。從轉(zhuǎn)膜完畢后所有的步驟，一定要注意膜的保濕，避免膜的干燥，否則極易產(chǎn)生較高的背景。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡洗滌液，加入Western封閉液，在搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng),室溫封閉60分鐘。對(duì)于一些背景較高的抗體，可以在4℃ 封閉過夜。
