保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

1、購(gòu)買(mǎi)抗體后，查看標(biāo)簽上的規(guī)格，如：0.1ml、0.2ml
2、以規(guī)格為 0.1ml 的凍干粉抗體為例（部分抗體為液體，無(wú)需再溶解）：
溶解方法一：用移液器加 0.1ml 雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加與標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格*的（如：0.2ml）雙蒸水溶解，
混勻，-20℃保存。
溶解方法二：用移液器加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）雙蒸水到試管內(nèi)，再加 0.05ml（規(guī)格的 50%）
的甘油到試管內(nèi)，混勻，-20℃保存，若為其它規(guī)格（如：0.2ml）的凍干粉抗體，則加標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）雙蒸水，再加
標(biāo)簽上規(guī)格的 50%（如：0.1ml）甘油溶解，混勻，-20℃保存。
抗體溶解后，將其分裝成 5-10 支（以 0.1ml 抗體為例，20ulx5 支或 10ulx10 支）， -20℃保存，用
一支取一支，避免反復(fù)凍溶。
另：預(yù)試驗(yàn)可做幾個(gè)梯度 1：100、1：200、1：400 稀釋?zhuān)绻尘案?，還可再稀釋?zhuān)x一個(gè)zui
佳的稀釋比例，再正式做，效果。

英文介紹：The protein encoded by this gene is a member of the protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP) family. PTPs are known to be signaling molecules that regulate a variety of cellular processes, including cell growth, differentiation, mitotic cycle, and oncogenic transformation. This PTP possesses an extracellular region containing five fibronectin type III repeats, a single transmembrane region, and a single intracytoplasmic catalytic domain, and thus represents a receptor-type PTP. This protein is present in all hematopoietic lineages, and was shown to negatively regulate T cell receptor signaling possibly through interfering with the phosphorylation of Phospholipase C Gamma 1 and Linker for Activation of T Cells. This protein can also dephosphorylate the PDGF beta receptor, and may be involved in UV-induced signal transduction. Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
