保存條件：Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

英文介紹：This gene encodes a member of the CD1 family of transmembrane glycoproteins, which are structurally related to the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) proteins and form heterodimers with beta-2-microglobulin. The CD1 proteins mediate the presentation of primarily lipid and glycolipid antigens of self or microbial origin to T cells. The human genome contains five CD1 family genes organized in a cluster on chromosome 1. The CD1 family members are thought to differ in their cellular localization and specificity for particular lipid ligands. The protein encoded by this gene is broadly distributed throughout the endocytic system via a tyrosine-based motif in the cytoplasmic tail. Alternatively spliced transcript variants of this gene have been observed, but their full-length nature is not known.

Anti-CD1a抗體,T淋巴細(xì)胞CD1抗體一抗孵育(Primary antibody incubation):

參考一抗的說(shuō)明書(shū)，按照適當(dāng)比例用Western一抗稀釋液稀釋一抗。
用微型臺(tái)式真空泵吸盡封閉液，立即加入稀釋好的一抗，室溫或4℃在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)孵育一小時(shí)。如果一抗孵育一小時(shí)效果不佳，可以在4℃緩慢搖動(dòng)孵育過(guò)夜?；厥找豢?。加入Western洗滌液，在側(cè)擺搖床上緩慢搖動(dòng)洗滌5-10分鐘。吸盡洗滌液后，再加入洗滌液，洗滌5-10分鐘。共洗滌3次。如果結(jié)果背景較高可以適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)洗滌時(shí)間并增加洗滌次數(shù)。
