儲(chǔ) 存液 0.01M TBS(pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.03% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol.
保存條件 Store at -20 °C for one year. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles. The lyophilized antibody is stable at room temperature for at least one month and for greater than a year when kept at -20°C. When reconstituted in sterile pH 7.4 0.01M PBS or diluent of antibody the antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-4 °C.

Anti-TERT/FITC,FITC標(biāo)記的端粒酶反轉(zhuǎn)錄酶抗體產(chǎn)品介紹：omerase is a ribonucleoprotein polymerase that maintains omere ends by addition of the omere repeat TTAGGG. The enzyme consists of a protein component with reverse transcriptase activity, encoded by this gene, and an RNA component which serves as a template for the omere repeat. omerase expression plays a role in cellular senescence, as it is normally repressed in postnatal somatic cells resulting in progressive shortening of omeres. Deregulation of omerase expression in somatic cells may be involved in oncogenesis. Studies in mouse suggest that omerase also participates in chromosomal repair, since de novo synthesis of omere repeats may occur at double-stranded breaks. Alternatively spliced variants encoding different isoforms of omerase reverse transcriptase have been identified; the full-length sequence of some variants has not been determined. Alternative splicing at this locus is thought to be one mechanism of regulation of omerase activity.
