六、進(jìn)口氦氣減壓閥安裝說明
1、氣體減壓閥安裝必須嚴(yán)格按照閥體上的箭頭方向保持和流體流動方向一致。如果氣體不清潔含有一些雜質(zhì)，必須在減壓閥的上游進(jìn)水口安裝過濾器(我們建議過濾精度不低于0.5mm)。
2、為了操作和維護(hù)方便，氣體減壓閥一般直立安裝在水平管道上。
3、為了防止氣體減壓閥閥后壓力超壓，應(yīng)在離閥出口不少于4M處加裝一個減壓閥。
4、減壓閥閥前和閥后必須裝截止閥，更換或者維修時開關(guān)氣體用
5、氣體如果有冷凝水的話，需要裝汽水分離器，防止冷凝水對減壓閥活塞或者膜片的損壞。
