拋棄式高效過(guò)濾器

產(chǎn)品特性：

A) 采用封閉式結(jié)構(gòu)，防止內(nèi)部有空隙和側(cè)漏。

B) 由重量輕的電鍍鋁型材制成，外形低，重量輕，易于搬運(yùn)和安裝。

C) HEPA高效過(guò)濾器效率為99.99% ，捕捉0.3微米及以上微粒； ULPA 高效過(guò)濾器效率為99.9995%，捕捉0.123微米及以上的微粒。每個(gè)出廠(chǎng)產(chǎn)品經(jīng)過(guò)嚴(yán)格檢漏測(cè)試。

用途：

D) 適用于半導(dǎo)體廠(chǎng)、電子廠(chǎng)、制藥廠(chǎng)、食品廠(chǎng)及其他空氣潔凈度要求較高的場(chǎng)所。

Product Features:

1) Use of closed structure, to prevent the internal voids and side leakage.

2) The light weight aluminum plating is made of a low profile, light weight, easy handling and installation.

3）HEPA high efficiency filter a minimum efficiency of 99.99%, capturing particles of 0.3 microns and above; ULPA filter efficiency of 99.9995% minimum efficiency in capturing particles 0.123 microns and above.

4）Each manufactured products undergo a rigorous leak test.
