一、簡(jiǎn)介
本過濾器安裝在油泵吸油口處，用以保護(hù)油泵及其他液壓元件，以避免吸入污染雜質(zhì)，有效地控制液壓系統(tǒng)污染，提高液壓系統(tǒng)的清潔度。
本過濾器可直接安裝在油箱側(cè)邊，上部或底部，吸油筒體侵入油箱內(nèi)液面以下，過慮器濾頭露在油箱外，并設(shè)有自封閥，旁通閥，濾芯污染堵塞發(fā)訊器等裝置，使更換濾芯和清洗濾芯時(shí)油箱內(nèi)油液不會(huì)流出，本產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)新穎，安裝方便，通油能力大，阻力小，清洗或更換濾芯方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
二，性能與特點(diǎn)
1.安裝連接方便，簡(jiǎn)化系統(tǒng)管路：
本過濾器可直接安裝在油箱側(cè)邊，上部或底部，過慮器濾頭露在油箱外，吸油筒體侵入油箱內(nèi)液面以下，出油口設(shè)有管式，法蘭式連接，過濾器內(nèi)設(shè)置自封閥等裝置，使管路省去裝截止閥等其它管件，從而使管路簡(jiǎn)化，安裝方便。
2.設(shè)置自封閥，使更換，清洗濾芯或維修系統(tǒng)非常方便：
當(dāng)更換、清洗濾芯或維修系統(tǒng)時(shí)，只需旋開過濾器端蓋（清洗蓋），此時(shí)自封閥會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉，隔絕油箱油路，使油箱內(nèi)油液不會(huì)向外流出，從而使清洗，清洗濾芯或維修系統(tǒng)非常方便，如頂開自封閥又可作油箱向外放油之用。
3.具有濾芯污染發(fā)訊器與油路旁通閥，提高了以液壓系統(tǒng)的可靠性：
當(dāng)濾芯被污染物塞到出油口真空度為0.018Mpa時(shí)，發(fā)訊器便會(huì)發(fā)出訊號(hào)，應(yīng)及時(shí)更換或清洗濾芯。若此時(shí)不能馬上停機(jī)或無人來更換濾芯時(shí)，在濾芯上部的油路旁通閥會(huì)自動(dòng)開啟（開啟值為：真空0.02Mpa），以避免油泵出現(xiàn)吸空故障。但此時(shí)應(yīng)停機(jī)更換或清洗濾芯，以保持液壓系統(tǒng)的清潔度，提高液壓系統(tǒng)的可靠性。

When replacing or cleaning the filter element or maintaining the system, just loosen the end cover (cleaning cover) of the filter. At this time, the self sealing valve will automatically close to isolate the oil circuit of the oil tank, so that the oil in the oil tank will not flow out. Therefore, it is very convenient to clean and clean the filter element or maintain the system. If the self sealing valve is opened, it can also be used to drain oil from the oil tank.
3. It has filter element pollution transmitter and oil bypass valve, which improves the reliability of hydraulic system
When the filter element is blocked by pollutants to the oil outlet, and the vacuum degree is 0.018mpa, the transmitter will send a signal, and the filter element should be replaced or cleaned in time. If the unit can not be shut down immediately or there is no one to replace the filter element, the oil way bypass valve on the upper part of the filter element will open automatically (opening value: vacuum 0.02MPa), so as to avoid the oil pump suction failure.
