三、性能及特點(diǎn)：
1、自動(dòng)記錄真空溫，自動(dòng)換算為常壓溫度并帶有換算表。
2、采用高精度薄膜電子真空計(jì)測量真空度，數(shù)字顯示壓力，并用自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)方式控制殘壓波動(dòng)使其達(dá)到較高精度。
3、采用精密針型調(diào)節(jié)閥門調(diào)節(jié)殘壓，使殘壓準(zhǔn)確穩(wěn)定，且波動(dòng)很小。
4、主機(jī)和真空泵采用分體式，消除了震動(dòng)，真空壓力計(jì)與緩沖罐之間、主機(jī)與真空泵之間均采用符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的真空快速連接器，操作快捷方便并無泄漏。
