一、產(chǎn)品介紹（Product introduction）
主要是取代塔內(nèi)散堆填料，解決阻力大、比表面積小，傳質(zhì)效能差、易破碎等突出問(wèn)題。它規(guī)定了氣液流路．改善了淘流、壁流和潤(rùn)濕性能．降低了阻力，同時(shí)提供更多的氣液接觸面積從而提高了傳質(zhì)，傳熱效果。

比表面積大、孔隙率高、重量輕，填料效率高；氣相通路傾角小，有規(guī)則的氣相通路，壓力損失小，填料壓降低；徑向擴(kuò)散良好汽液接觸充分。

一般用于同位素分離或需要大量理論板數(shù)的難分離物系的精密分餾，也可用于高度愛(ài)到嚴(yán)格限制或要求達(dá)到高純度產(chǎn)品的場(chǎng)合。

三、適用范圍（Scope of application）
可廣泛用于煤氣洗滌塔．焦化洗滌，洗苯、洗氨培、化肥熱氣飽和、脫硫酸、硫酸干燥、吸收塔等。

填料在塔吶構(gòu)成均勻的幾何圖形排列,規(guī)定了汽液流路,改善了溝流及壁流現(xiàn)象.由于絲網(wǎng)的毛細(xì)作用，又使表面積有更為有效的潤(rùn)濕性能，有低的壓降和少的持液量,因此具有很高的分離效率。特別適用于難分離物系及熱敏性物系。The packing materials form a uniform geometric arrangement in Tano, which specifies the flow path of vapor and liquid, and improves the phenomenon of ditch flow and wall flow.
