二，Working Principles and Structure Features
The spring tube end will displacement when the measured medium entering
the spring tube.the displacement will be handed to the gear transmission mechanism by the rod, with that,the pointer will point out the pressure value on the dial of the measured medium .
The instrument is made up of case,cover, spring body parts, transmission mechanism, dial, pointer parts, meter glass, plug,etc.
（二、工作用原理及結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)
當(dāng)被測(cè)介質(zhì)進(jìn)入彈簧管內(nèi)時(shí)、彈簧管末端產(chǎn)生位移，由拉桿將位移傳至齒輪傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，通過指針把被測(cè)介質(zhì)的壓力值在刻度盤上指示出來。
儀表由表殼、表蓋、彈簧體部件、傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、刻度盤、指針部件，表玻璃、塞等零部件組成。）

四,Acceptance and Storage :
1, after receipting the instrument, please check whether the packaging is intact, if there are any damage, find out the reason immediately!
2, after opening the package, lease check whether the instrument is in good condition.If there is any damage, notify our factory immediate
3, the instrument should be stored in a dry ventilated room.

1、用戶收到儀表后，應(yīng)先檢測(cè)包裝是否完整無損，如有損壞，應(yīng)立即查明原因。
2、打開包裝，檢查儀表是否完好。如有損壞，應(yīng)立即通知我廠。
3、儀表應(yīng)貯藏于干燥通風(fēng)的室內(nèi)。）

五，installation and usage
1, The instrument be allowed use range of full scale 1/3-3/4.
2, The instrument usage temperature for - 40-60 ℃ (general), 0 to 60 ℃ (shockproof), in this range from 20 + 5 ℃, should consider additional temperature difference, the coefficient of the temperature additional error is 0.04% ℃.
3, The header of the instrument should be installed vertically, for reading and maintenance.the installation site of the light is enough,
4,When damping oil is filled in the instrument , it can be used in the occasions of strong vibration, has great effect of shockproof,but by this time ,the indication is indicating a average is slightly lower than general use gauge indicates average, you should record the difference value for correction.
5, Please open the oil plug to aerate air when the shockproof pressure gauges have to be inspected and cut oil plug to ensure accuracy when the gauges are used.
6,The instrument must br practice test validation regularly, in order to ensure accurate indicating.
（安裝與使用
1、儀表允許使用范圍為滿量程1/3-3/4。
2、儀表使用的環(huán)境溫度為-40-60℃（普通型）、0-60℃（耐震性），在偏離20±5℃這個(gè)范圍時(shí)，應(yīng)考慮溫度附加差，其溫度附加誤差系數(shù)為0.04%℃。
3、儀表表頭應(yīng)垂直安裝，安裝現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所應(yīng)光線充足，以便讀數(shù)和維護(hù)。
4、儀表內(nèi)充有阻尼油時(shí)，可用于強(qiáng)烈震動(dòng)的場(chǎng)合，具有良好的耐震效果，但此時(shí)儀表指示的平均值比一般用途壓力表指示的平均值略有降低，用戶使用時(shí)應(yīng)記錄此差值，以作校正。
5、耐震壓力表檢驗(yàn)時(shí)打開油堵必須與大氣相通。使用時(shí)剪開油堵保證精度。
6、儀表應(yīng)定期實(shí)習(xí)試制校驗(yàn)，以保證指示準(zhǔn)確。）
