CBR承載比試驗儀適用于各種土和混合料（粒徑小于40mm的土）在規(guī)定的試筒模內(nèi)壓實后進行承載比試驗，以確定所設(shè)計的路面、路面基層，底基層，路基材料層的承載能力，儀器由主機、量力環(huán)及貫入桿、加栽板、百分表、膨脹量測定裝置等組成。儀器具有體積小，出力大，操作方便等特點。

CBR承載比試驗儀使用方法:
★打開電源開關(guān)，儀器運轉(zhuǎn)，檢查儀器的工作狀況是否正常，檢查手柄進出，轉(zhuǎn)動是否正常，如一切正常可準(zhǔn)備開始試驗。
★按《公路路面基層材料試驗規(guī)程》JTJ075-85承載比試驗方法制取試件。
★測量飽水膨脹量：
★測量飽水膨脹量：將經(jīng)過濕氣養(yǎng)生的試件放在裝有調(diào)節(jié)桿的多孔板，在板上加足夠的載荷板，使試件面上的壓力等于該材料層上路面的壓力，
★將試筒與多孔板一起放在水槽內(nèi)（先不放水）并用拉桿將模具拉緊，安裝百分表，讀取初始讀數(shù)。
★向水槽內(nèi)放水，使自由進到試件的頂部，在飽水期間，槽內(nèi)水應(yīng)保持在試件的頂面以上25mm，通常試件要泡96小時，
★在泡水時間到時，讀取百分表讀數(shù)，計算膨脹量。

★ Penetration test: Place the test piece after the saturated water test on the tester lifting plate, adjust the penetrating rod and the force measuring ring, and place a predetermined number of load plates around the penetrating rod.
★ Apply a 45N load to the penetrating lever with the hａnd wheel, and then adjust the force gauge and the deformation indicator to zero.
★ Press the human handwheel, record the penetration of some readings (20, 40… ..) of the dial indicator, and pay attention to the penetration of 2.5mm, which can have more than 8 readings, total penetration Load ratio when the amount is 2.5, 50mm:

CBR承載比試驗儀保養(yǎng)：
1、每次使用后，應(yīng)立即將儀器擦干凈。
2、使用一年后應(yīng)把變速箱內(nèi)潤滑油脂換上新的潤滑油脂，一會定期保養(yǎng)。
