一、產(chǎn)品簡介：

砂漿滲透儀是我公司依據(jù)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)JGJ70-90《建筑砂漿基本性能試驗(yàn)方法》而設(shè)計的儀器。用于測定防水砂漿的抗?jié)B性能，進(jìn)行摻有防水劑的砂漿與基準(zhǔn)砂漿的對比試驗(yàn)。根據(jù)液壓原理進(jìn)行設(shè)計，以電動機(jī)拖動水泵施壓，通過管道與壓力容器、控制閥、試模座等連接。壓力由水泵輸出進(jìn)入壓力容器。然后輸送到各試件系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行加載試驗(yàn)。管路中裝有電接點(diǎn)壓力表和電氣控制系統(tǒng)，通過對電接點(diǎn)壓力表內(nèi)的電觸點(diǎn)的調(diào)節(jié)，可以使壓力在0.1-1.5MPa的規(guī)定范圍內(nèi)進(jìn)行恒壓試驗(yàn)。

Product introduction:

Mortar penetrometer is an instrument designed by our company based on the industry standard JGJ70-90 "Basic Performance Test Method for Construction Mortar". It is used to determine the impermeability of waterproof mortar, and the comparative test of mortar mixed with waterproofing agent and benchmark mortar is performed. It is designed according to the principle of hydraulic pressure. The pump is driven by an electric motor to apply pressure, and is connected to a pressure vessel, a control valve, and a mold base through a pipeline. The pressure is output by the water pump into the pressure vessel. Then it is transported to each specimen system for loading test. An electric contact pressure gauge and an electric control system are installed in the pipeline. By adjusting the electric contacts in the electric contact pressure gauge, the pressure can be constant pressure test within the specified range of 0.1-1.5MPa.

三、操作規(guī)程：

★試驗(yàn)時，水壓從0.2MPa開始，以后每隔8小時增加水壓0.1MPa，并隨時注意觀察六個試件上端的情況。

★當(dāng)六個試件中有三個試件的端面上有壓力水滲透出來時，記下此時的水壓作為試驗(yàn)的壓力值，按下功能鍵“F"停機(jī)。

★在試驗(yàn)過程中，如需了解自動升壓后試驗(yàn)設(shè)定的時間，按“D"鍵，返回按“C"鍵。

★在試驗(yàn)過程中有異常情況需要停機(jī)，則按下功能鍵“F"。

★經(jīng)常檢查水桶內(nèi)水的情況，隨時加水。

★試驗(yàn)結(jié)束后，關(guān)閉電源開關(guān)，通過放水咀放空蓄水罐內(nèi)的水。

★將注水咀的螺帽擰下，同時打開1—6號六個試模的截門，用漏斗把蓄水罐灌滿水。

★用水充滿試模底盤，關(guān)閉1—6號六個試模的截門，打開0號水閥截門。

★把裝好試件的試模可靠的緊固在儀器上。

★打開電源開關(guān)，此時數(shù)字顯示為“00.000"。

★設(shè)定試驗(yàn)大壓力值。按下功能鍵“C"分別輸入“1"、“2"、使顯示器顯示為“PO 120"，按“A"鍵確認(rèn)，按“B"鍵清空、重新輸入。

★設(shè)定自動升壓時間。按下功能鍵“D"，按下數(shù)字鍵“8"使顯示器顯示為“E0 800"，按“A"鍵確認(rèn)，按“B"鍵清空，重新輸入。

★按下啟動開關(guān)。

★按功能鍵“E"儀器進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)，開始加壓，直到回水咀水流成線后，再打開1—6截門，并將0號水閥截門關(guān)閉。顯示器顯示的前二位為設(shè)定壓力值，后兩位顯示實(shí)測壓力值。

Third, the operating procedures:

★ During the test, if there is an abnormal situation that needs to be stopped, press the function key "F".

★ Check the water in the bucket frequently and add water at any time.

★ After the test, turn off the power switch and empty the water in the water storage tank through the drain nozzle.

★ Unscrew the nut of the water injection nozzle, and simultaneously open the cut-off doors of the six test molds No. 1 to 6, and fill the water tank with a funnel.

★ Fill the test mold chassis with water, close the shut-off gates of the six test patterns No. 1 to 6, and open the shut-off gate of the No. 0 water valve.

★ Reliably fasten the test mold with the test piece installed on the instrument.

★ Turn on the power switch, and the number is displayed as "00.000".

★ Set the test pressure value. Press function key "C" to enter "1" and "2" respectively, so that the display shows "PO 120", press "A" to confirm, press "B" to clear and re-enter.

★ Set automatic boost time. Press function key "D", press number key "8" to make the display display "E0 800", press "A" key to confirm, press "B" key to clear and re-enter.

★ Press the start switch.

★ Press the function key "E", the instrument enters the working state and starts to pressurize until the water in the return nozzle flows into the line, then open the No. 1 to No. 6 gate and close the No. 0 water valve. The first two digits displayed on the display are the set pressure value, and the last two digits display the measured pressure value.

四、使用方法:

★旋下壓力容器上的注水嘴的螺栓，在工作臺面上同時打開7只閥門，將潔凈的清水注入壓力容器內(nèi)，觀察0號控制閥放水管出水流暢，然后關(guān)閉0號控制閥，直至注滿溢出為止，再將螺栓裝上擰緊。

★向進(jìn)水箱注滿清水。

★將水泵上二異柱螺母拆下，拔出上擋板及水泵柱塞，向泵內(nèi)注滿清水，再按原方向裝上即能開機(jī)正常工作。

★調(diào)節(jié)電接點(diǎn)壓力表至1.5兆帕位置上。

★通電，啟動電源開關(guān)，使水泵能正常運(yùn)行(應(yīng)無沖擊現(xiàn)象)觀察6個試模座出水是否正常，直至無氣泡為止。

★逐個關(guān)閉控制閥，觀察壓力表壓力是否上升，排除一切泄漏故障，使壓力能穩(wěn)定在所調(diào)節(jié)的范圍內(nèi)。

★按標(biāo)準(zhǔn)試驗(yàn)方法，將試模逐個安裝**位，初步不可擰緊，打開各個試?？刂崎y門，觀察各個試模座泄出水為止，擰緊螺母，調(diào)整好欲按要求試驗(yàn)壓力的電接點(diǎn)壓力表，即可正常工作。

Fourth, use method:

★ Unscrew the bolts of the water injection nozzle on the pressure vessel, open 7 valves at the same time on the work surface, inject clean water into the pressure vessel, observe the smooth flow of water from the drain pipe of control valve 0, and then close the control valve 0 until When it overflows, tighten the bolts.

★ Fill the water tank with water.

★ Remove the two different column nuts on the water pump, pull out the upper baffle and the pump plunger, fill the pump with clean water, and then install it in the original direction to start the normal operation.

★ Adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to the position of 1.5 MPa.

★ Turn on the power and turn on the power switch to make the water pump run normally (there should be no shock phenomenon) and observe whether the water from the 6 mold bases is normal until there are no air bubbles.

★ Close the control valves one by one, observe whether the pressure of the pressure gauge rises, eliminate all leakage faults, and make the pressure stable within the adjusted range.

★ According to the standard test method, install the test molds one by one **, and initially cannot be tightened. Open the control valves of each test mold, observe the water leaked from each test mold seat, tighten the nuts, and adjust the electric contact pressure gauge to test pressure according to the requirements And it works.

六、維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)：

齒輪箱內(nèi)應(yīng)注入一定量的機(jī)油，使齒輪浸入機(jī)油內(nèi)1.5公分為宜，在正常使用情況下每年更換一次。水泵的活塞及兩個導(dǎo)柱，每天工作前加機(jī)油潤滑一次，以延長水泵的使用壽命。每次試驗(yàn)完畢后，應(yīng)將壓力容器，管道閥內(nèi)的水同過排污閥排。試模及試模座檫凈，并涂防銹油脂保護(hù)。停用期間加蓋防塵罩保護(hù)。

Five, maintenance and upkeep:

The gearbox should be filled with a certain amount of oil, and the gear should be immersed in the oil for 1.5 cm. It should be replaced once a year under normal use. The piston of the water pump and the two guide posts are lubricated with oil before working every day to extend the service life of the water pump. After each test, the water in the pressure vessel and pipeline valve should be drained through the drain valve. The test mold and the test mold base are cleaned and coated with anti-rust grease. Cover with dust cover during deactivation.
