三、儀器組成：

1、彎曲器：由兩只同心的玻璃管組成，其下端設(shè)有鋼夾鉗，在兩夾鉗之間的內(nèi)管部分留一狹縫，以便于內(nèi)管的溫度計的水銀球露出。轉(zhuǎn)動手柄可以使內(nèi)管上下移動，并從而改變夾鉗間的距離。手枘每轉(zhuǎn)動10圈，夾鉗間的距離由起始的40±0.1mm變到36.5±0.1mm；

2、鋼片：長41±0.05mm，寬20±0.2mm，厚0.15±0.02mm有彈性的平鋼片不用時要使之處于展平狀態(tài)；

3、冷卻器：雙層杜瓦瓶，通過循環(huán)恒溫浴提供冷液；

4、溫度計：刻度范圍－38~+30℃、0.5分度；

Iii. Instrument Composition:

1. Bending device: It is composed of two concentric glass tubes with steel clamps at the lower end. A slit is left in the inner tube between the clamps so that the mercury ball of the inner tube thermometer can be exposed. Turning the handle allows the inner tube to move up and down, thereby changing the distance between the clamps. Each 10 turn of the hａnd square will change the distance between the grips from 40±0.1mm to 36.5±0.1mm;

2. Steel sheet: Flat steel sheet with a length of 41±0.05mm, a width of 20±0.2mm, and a thickness of 0.15±0.02mm shall be flattened when not in use;

3. Cooler: double-layer dewar bottle, providing cold liquid through circulating constant temperature bath;

4. Thermometer: scale range: -38~+30℃, 0.5 degree;
