一、符合GB/T6536、ISO3405、ASTMD86標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

三、性能及特點(diǎn)：

1、儀器采用進(jìn)口Pt100玻璃溫度傳感器檢測(cè)油樣溫度，使溫度傳感器與玻璃溫度計(jì)具有相似的溫度敏感度，檢測(cè)到的油樣溫度與玻璃溫度計(jì)讀數(shù)基本一致；

2、采用電腦和單片機(jī)混合控制，全中文操作界面，電腦屏幕實(shí)時(shí)顯示蒸餾全過(guò)程(包括蒸餾溫度、體積曲線圖、時(shí)間綜合曲線圖、量筒室溫度、加熱功率、回收體積、初餾點(diǎn)至終餾點(diǎn)間所需點(diǎn)的溫度、工作時(shí)間等參數(shù)。結(jié)果可根據(jù)大氣壓大小自動(dòng)換算。

3、采用進(jìn)口爐絲，熱慣性小，加熱調(diào)節(jié)靈敏；采用的石英玻璃爐蓋，熱效率高。

4、采用特制玻璃量筒和特制玻璃燒瓶，保證了量筒的測(cè)量精度，減少了因不同燒瓶之間的差異造成的操作麻煩和測(cè)量誤差。激光自動(dòng)跟蹤量筒體積，靈敏高，精確度準(zhǔn)確。

5、采用金屬恒溫浴，無(wú)需循環(huán)液，進(jìn)口壓縮機(jī)制冷，升降溫速度快，溫度均勻。故障少，壽命長(zhǎng)。

Iii. Performance and Characteristics:

1. The instrument adopts imported Pt100 glass temperature sensor to detect the oil sample temperature, so that the temperature sensor has similar temperature sensitivity to the glass thermometer, and the detected oil sample temperature is basically consistent with the reading of the glass thermometer;

2. The whole distillation process (including distillation temperature, volume curve diagram, time curve diagram, measuring chamber temperature, heating power, recovered volume, temperature and working time between the initial and final distillation point, etc.) is displayed on the computer screen in real time. The result can be automatically converted according to atmospheric pressure.

3. Imported furnace wire, small thermal inertia, sensitive heating adjustment; Adopt unique quartz glass furnace cover, high thermal efficiency.

4. Special glass measuring cylinder and special glass flask are adopted to ensure the measuring accuracy of the cylinder and reduce the operation trouble and measurement error caused by the difference between different fluses. Laser automatic tracking cylinder volume, sensitive and high accuracy.
