REF615 IEC 饋線保護(hù)和測控裝置，作為專用饋線保護(hù)和測控裝置，專門用于保護(hù)、控制、測量和監(jiān)視公共和工業(yè)配電系統(tǒng)。REF615 既可以適應(yīng)中性點(diǎn)不接地電網(wǎng)又可以適應(yīng)中性點(diǎn)電阻或阻抗接地電網(wǎng)。此外，利用裝置*的站級間通信功能，REF615 也可以用于環(huán)形網(wǎng)狀配電網(wǎng)絡(luò)或輻射網(wǎng)絡(luò)保護(hù)。被保護(hù)的電網(wǎng)包含多次饋電和分布式發(fā)電。
REF615 IEC 饋線保護(hù)和測控裝置具備 12 種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置，適應(yīng)于常用的饋線保護(hù)和測控應(yīng)用。REF615 的特點(diǎn)是支持變電站 IEC61850 通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，并行冗余協(xié)議（PRP）和高可用性無縫冗余度協(xié)議（HSR），其中 IEC61850 通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn)包含 IEC 61850-9-2 LE。該繼電器還支持 DNP3，IEC 60870-5-103 和 Modbus® 規(guī)約。通過 SPA-ZC 302 規(guī)約適配器支持 Profitbus DPV1 規(guī)約。

REF615 IEC Feeder protection and Measurement and control devices are designed to protect, control, measure and monitor public and industrial distribution systems as specialized feeder protection and measurement and control devices. The REF615 can be adapted to either neutral ungrounded or neutral resistance or impedance grounded networks. In addition, the REF615 can also be used for annular mesh distribution network or radiation network protection using the device’s advanced interstation communication capabilities. The protected grid consists of multiple feeds and distributed generation.
REF615 IEC feeder protection and measurement and control units are available in 12 standard configurations for common feeder protection and measurement and control applications. The REF615 features support for the IEC61850 communications standard in substations, the Parallel Redundancy Protocol (PRP), and the High Availability Seamless Redundancy Protocol (HSR). The IEC61850 communications standard includes IEC 61850-9-2 LE. The relay also supports DNP3, IEC 60870-5-103, and Modbus® protocols. The Profitbus DPV1 protocol is supported through the SPA-ZC 302 protocol adapter.
The REF615 IEC feeder protection and Control unit is a member of the 615 product family in the ABB Relion® product family.
