間歇式油脂精煉設(shè)備
簡介：間歇式精煉設(shè)備，又名化學(xué)精煉設(shè)備。
處理量：1T/D-5T/D
主要過程：水化（脫膠）、中和（脫酸）、吸附（脫色）、過濾、蒸餾（脫臭）。
主要設(shè)備及用途：
1、兩臺(tái)精煉罐交替工作，可以脫膠、脫磷、脫酸。
2、脫色罐在真空下工作，用活性白土吸附脫色。
3、自動(dòng)排渣過濾器，操作簡單。
4、脫臭罐采用不銹鋼304材質(zhì)，保證油脂的品質(zhì)；內(nèi)置雙盤管加熱冷卻一體化。
5、皂腳鹽析罐用于精煉皂腳，回收部分油，降低成品油的損耗。
6、導(dǎo)熱油爐、蒸汽發(fā)生器。
其它附助設(shè)備壓縮機(jī)、真空泵、各種、電控柜、安裝材料、操作平臺(tái)和閥門管道全部包含在內(nèi)；用戶無需采購其它設(shè)備。
