■ 概述 Summary
●D和DG型泵是臥式多級(jí)離心泵，它適合于輸送清水(含雜質(zhì)量小于1%，粒度小于0.1毫米)及物理化學(xué)性質(zhì)類似于清水的其它液體。
D(DG) series pumps are horizontal multistage centrifugal pump, which are suitable for transporting clean water(impurity less than 1%, particle size less than 0.1mm) and other similar liquid.
●D型泵輸送介質(zhì)溫度不大于80℃，適用于礦山排水和工廠、城市供水等場(chǎng)合。
D series pumps are suitable for medium temperature not more than 80°C, which are used for mine drainage and water supply for factories, cities and other places.
●DG型泵輸送介質(zhì)溫度不大于105℃，適用于小型鍋爐給水或輸送熱水等場(chǎng)合。
DG series pumps are suitable for medium temperature not more than 105°C, which are used for small boiler feed water pump or other occasions where need transport hot water.

■ 結(jié)構(gòu)說明 Explanation of structure
●本系列泵為兩端支承，殼體部份是節(jié)段式，泵的傳動(dòng)方式是通過彈性聯(lián)軸器與電機(jī)聯(lián)結(jié)。泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向，從驅(qū)動(dòng)端看，為順時(shí)針方向旋轉(zhuǎn)。
This series pump is supported at both ends, and the shell part is ring segment, the pump is driven through flexible coupling and motor coupling. Looking from the back of the electrical machine, the pump’s rotation direction is clockwise.
● 定子部分 Stator
主要由吸入段、中段、吐出段、導(dǎo)葉、填料函體等組成，并用拉緊螺栓和螺母聯(lián)接成一體。吐出口均垂直向上，D型泵吸入口為水平方向，DG型泵為垂直向上。
Mainly consist of suction segment, connecting piece, discharge casing, guide vane, and stuffing body, etc. and link to one with tighten bolts and nuts. Outlet are all vertically upward, D-type pump’s inlet is horizontal, while DG-type pump’s inlet is vertically upward.
●轉(zhuǎn)子部分 Rotor
主要由軸、葉輪、平衡盤及軸套等零件組成。
Mainly consist of shaft, impeller, balancing disc, and shaft sleeve parts.
●泵的密封 Sealing
◆吸入段、中段、吐出段之間的靜止結(jié)合面用紙墊來密封。
Stationary joint surface such as suction segment, connecting piece and discharge casing is sealed with paper pad.
◆泵各級(jí)間采用節(jié)流密封。
Throttling seal is adopted between pump stage.
◆泵的兩側(cè)軸封采用軟填料密封。
Both sides of the pump shaft seals use soft packing seal.
◆采用擋水圈擋水，防止水進(jìn)入軸承。
Retaining water by retaining ring, prevent water into the bearings.
●軸承部分 Bearing parts
整個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)子由軸兩端的圓柱滾子軸承來支承，軸承采用油脂潤(rùn)滑。
The rotor is all supported by the cylindrical roller bearing on rotor sides, bearing is grease lubrication.
●平衡部分 Balancing Sets
由于葉輪前后蓋板受壓面積不等，要產(chǎn)生軸向力，此軸向力由平衡裝置承擔(dān)。
泵的平衡室由吐出段、填料函體，平衡水管(部件)所組成。其平衡水管(部件)不允許堵塞和用閘閥調(diào)水的流動(dòng)。
As the unequal compression area of the impeller front and back cover, so produce axial force, this axial force is supported by balancing sets.
Pump balancing house consist of discharge casing, stuffing body, balancing water pipe( parts). The balance water pipe is absolutely not allowed to be blocked and make water flow with gate valve.
