該機(jī)采用單懸臂臺車結(jié)構(gòu)，采用船形位置埋弧焊，適用于大型H型鋼焊接。主機(jī)運(yùn)行采用交流變頻控制，由兩臺主電機(jī)通過減速器使齒輪旋轉(zhuǎn)，從而帶動兩根主動軸轉(zhuǎn)動，因此通過雙軸四輪驅(qū)動避免了打滑引起的爬行現(xiàn)象，使運(yùn)行平穩(wěn)可靠。操作系統(tǒng)集成了土機(jī)，焊機(jī)的控制采用一體控制。使操作更安全方便可靠。

 

The machine applies single cantilever trolley mechanism and submerged arc welding at the boat-shape position, which is applicable to welding large-size H Model steel. The driving motor applies AC frequency conversion control. The two driving motors rotate gears by reducer and then rotate two driving shafts. Thus avoids stick-slip phenomenon and makes operation stable and reliable. The operating system integrates driving motor and welding machine's control applies integrative control so that operation issafer, more convenient and more reliable.
