MHlooo X 2門型焊機(jī)是用于H型鋼焊接的專用設(shè)備。焊接臺(tái)車通過(guò)變頻器控制驅(qū)動(dòng)，速度穩(wěn)定，數(shù)字顯示線速度，可靠性好。并設(shè)有三軸機(jī)械跟蹤導(dǎo)弧機(jī)構(gòu)，左右旋轉(zhuǎn)為浮動(dòng)式跟蹤，確保焊槍準(zhǔn)確對(duì)準(zhǔn)焊縫。焊接操作采用一體化聯(lián)動(dòng)控制，操作方便可靠。導(dǎo)弧裝置具有雙向來(lái)回焊接的特性，免去返程時(shí)間，提高工作效率。

 

The welding machine(MH1000 X 2)is the special equipment for welding H steel .The welding machine is driven with frequency converter and has digital line~ speed indicator to make it run stably and reliably. And it is equipped with the three-shaft machinery-tracking arc guiding mechanism. Left-or right-hａnd revolution for floating-tyoe trcaking will guarantee the welding gun to aim at welding seam accurately. The welding operation uses the integrated linkage control,ａnd people can operate it conveniently.The am guiding mechanism has the function of two-way return welding of product. It will avoid the return time of welding and then improve the working efficiency.
