Introduction	Leukocyte associated protein consists of two polypeptide chains with molecular weights 95 and 170kDa. The moleculae functions as a cell surface receptor for the C3bi complement fragment. It belongs to family of heterodimeric proteins （designated CD11） which share a common beta chain CD18 of 95kDa. The alpha chain component of the leukocyte associated antigen is expressed on granulocytes, monocytes and macrophages.
Description	CD11b Human Recombinant （aa 936-1154） expressed in E.coli, shows a 52 kDa band on SDS-PAGE. The CD11b is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.
Source	Escherichia Coli.
Physical Appearance	Sterile Filtered clear solution.
Formulation	CD11b in 50mM Tris-Acetate, pH7.5, 1mM EDTA and 20% Glycerol.
Stability	Store vial at -20°C to -80°C. When stored at the recommended temperature, this protein is stable for 12 months. Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Applications	? ELISA. ? Inhibition Assays. ? Western Blotting.
