丹富斯遙控浮球閥工作原理 

當(dāng)管道從進水端給水時，由于針閥、球閥、浮球閥是常開的，水通過微型過濾器、針閥、控制室、球閥、浮球閥進入水池，此時控制室不形成壓力，主閥開啟，水塔(池)供水。當(dāng)水塔(池)的水面上升至設(shè)定高度時，浮球浮起關(guān)閉浮球閥，控制室內(nèi)水壓升高，推動主閥關(guān)閉，供水停止。當(dāng)水面下降時，浮球閥重新開啟，控制室水壓下降，主閥再次開啟繼續(xù)供水，保持液面的設(shè)定高度。

（ 1 ）工程式中應(yīng)用的水力控制閥是經(jīng)過制造廠檢驗合格，各種標(biāo)識齊全，技術(shù)資料符合要求的產(chǎn)品。 

（ 2 ）根據(jù)功能要求，選擇閥門種類，再根據(jù)管道輸送介質(zhì)、溫度、建筑標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和業(yè)主 要要求 等，確定閥門的閥體和密封部位的材質(zhì)。常用的閥體材料有鑄鐵 、銅鐵、銅、塑料等。常用的密封面和襯里材料有銅合金、塑料、鋼、硬質(zhì)合金、橡膠等。閥 體材料應(yīng)與管道材料相匹配。 

（ 3 ）閥門的公稱壓力有0.6、1.0、1.6、2.5和4.0MPa等不同級別，管道輸送的介質(zhì)，其工作壓力應(yīng)小于閥門的公稱壓力值。 

（ 4 ）工程中水力控制閥的設(shè)置應(yīng)當(dāng)有足夠的空間，以便管理、操作、安裝和維修，并應(yīng)符合管路對閥門的要求。 

（ 5 ）管路采用法蘭連接時，應(yīng)采用法蘭連接的水力控制閥；管路采用溝槽式連接時，應(yīng)采用溝槽式連接的水力控制閥。 

（ 6 ）水利控制閥應(yīng)設(shè)置在介質(zhì)單向流動的管路上。 

（ 7 ）水利控制閥主閥體上的箭頭方向必須與管路系統(tǒng)流向*。

（ 10 ）閥門安裝前應(yīng)做強度和嚴(yán)密性試驗。 

（ 11 ）閥門的強度和嚴(yán)密性試驗應(yīng)符合以下規(guī)定。 

　　A、閥門的強度試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍； 

　　B、閥門的嚴(yán)密性試驗壓力為公稱壓力的1.5倍； 

　　C、試驗壓力在試驗持續(xù)時間內(nèi)應(yīng)保持不變，且殼體填料及閥瓣密封面無滲漏； 

    D、閥門試驗持續(xù)時間按上表。
