1、概述           電動(dòng)二通閥、電動(dòng)兩通閥、

我公司電動(dòng)兩通調(diào)節(jié)閥閥體有鑄銅、鑄鐵、鑄鋼、不銹鋼多種材質(zhì)可供選擇，以適合不同工作介質(zhì)及溫度的要求，閥體有螺紋連接和法蘭連接兩種，安裝方便，其構(gòu)造符合IEC標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，閥體結(jié)構(gòu)形式有兩通閥（單座）、兩通平衡閥（平衡式）、三通合流和三通分流閥產(chǎn)品功能執(zhí)行器選用鑄鋁支架及塑料外殼，體積小、重量輕

選用永磁同步電機(jī)，并帶有磁滯離合機(jī)構(gòu)，具有可靠的自我保護(hù)功能，適合多種控制信號(hào)：增量（浮點(diǎn)）、電壓（0～10V）、電流（4～20mA），具有0～10V或4～20mA反饋信號(hào)（選配）

電動(dòng)兩通調(diào)節(jié)閥系列能調(diào)節(jié)蒸汽或冷熱水的流量，廣泛用于*空調(diào)、采暖、水處理、工業(yè)加工行業(yè)等系統(tǒng)的流體控制。

3、工作原理                         

驅(qū)動(dòng)器是由可逆同步馬達(dá)驅(qū)動(dòng)，并帶磁性離合器。馬達(dá)通過馬達(dá)轉(zhuǎn)子與離合器所產(chǎn)生的磁性作用，能在停頓的情況下產(chǎn)生穩(wěn)定的扭力。故此當(dāng)馬達(dá)設(shè)有電流通過時(shí)能穩(wěn)定地停頓在任何一點(diǎn)，當(dāng)閥門全開或全關(guān)時(shí)磁離合器分離，停止調(diào)節(jié)。驅(qū)動(dòng)器的遞增式或比例式控制器所發(fā)訊號(hào)能使馬達(dá)順時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)或逆時(shí)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，傳動(dòng)齒輪采用金屬齒輪，大大提高了驅(qū)動(dòng)器的使用壽命，功耗低、輸出力大、噪音小，本系統(tǒng)適用于空調(diào)系統(tǒng)的新風(fēng)機(jī)組冬/夏季溫度控制，由溫度傳感器TE-1，比例積分溫度控制器TC-1和電動(dòng)兩通調(diào)節(jié)閥TV－1組成送風(fēng)溫度控制系統(tǒng)，安裝在送風(fēng)管道的TE－1把檢測(cè)到的溫度信號(hào)傳送至TC－1，由TC－1將TE－1的檢測(cè)值與設(shè)定值不斷比較，同時(shí)不斷地輸出信號(hào)，控制TV，TV-1的開度連續(xù)可調(diào)。zui終使TE－1測(cè)量的環(huán)境溫度保持在設(shè)定溫度范圍內(nèi)。 　　

當(dāng)盤管后的溫度低于某限值時(shí)，低溫保護(hù)開關(guān)TS-1切斷送電機(jī)的電源，從而使 新風(fēng)風(fēng)閥關(guān)閉，防止盤管內(nèi)的水結(jié)冰，漲裂盤管。（具體不詳細(xì)之處，來咨詢）

3, the working principle of
