選型提示 Notes for Pump Selection
1、選擇產(chǎn)品時，需要注意泵進口流速(包括進口管線流速)。一般進口流速控制在1 m/s以內(nèi)，1一1.3 m/s需有條件選擇，大于1.3m/s需謹慎選擇或不選;
1 .Attentions shall be paid to the flow speed at pump inlet (including the flow in the inlet pipe) during selection. In general, the flowat inlet shall be controlled within 1m/s, the flow of 1}1.3m/s can be selected only when the conditions allowed, and the flow greaterthan 1.3m/s shall be selected conservatively or never.
2、由于電機轉(zhuǎn)速越高，泵進口流速越大，可靠性會有所降低，應綜合考慮泵的可靠使用，電機的選擇請根據(jù)選型步驟中的值選取;
2. Because the flow speed at pump inlet will rise up along with the increase of the motor speed, resulting into the decrease ofreliability, therefore, by taking into consideration of the reliable operation of the pump, the motor shall be selected according to therecommended value provided in the Procedures of Type Selection.
3、若輸送介質(zhì)潤滑性較好，且溫度≤80℃，使用內(nèi)置軸承結構的泵;若輸送介質(zhì)潤滑性較差，或溫度>80℃ ,使用外置軸承結構的泵;3. If the lubricating property of the conveying medium is better and the temperature is less than or equal to 80℃，you arerecommended to select the pump with internal bearing; if the lubricating property of the conveying medium is poor and thetemperature is higher than 80℃，you are recommended to select the pump with external bearing.
4、為了更好的避免雜質(zhì)進入泵內(nèi)，建議在泵的進口前配備過濾器，過濾精度為40目(過濾面積為過流通徑的15-20倍);
4. To better avoid the impurities from entering the pump, it is suggested to provide a filter with filtering accuracy of 40 mesh (filteringarea is 15 20 times of flow passage diameter) in front of pump inlet.
5、如您使用流量要求精確且不在性能參數(shù)表范圍內(nèi)，您可以選用變頻電機實現(xiàn)，或者我公司根據(jù)您實際要求特殊制作
