3LD2 main control and EMERGENCY-STOP switches with rotary operating mechanism and detachable door coupling for base mounting

The rotary operating mechanisms of the switches for base mounting are fitted to the switchgear cubicle doors, front panels or side walls by means of four-hole mounting or central hole mounting with a standard diameter of 22.5 mm and are operated externally. They can be locked in 0 position with up to 3 padlocks of 8 mm shackle diameter.

The switches for base mounting are snapped onto 35 mm mounting rails to DIN EN 50 022 or screw-mounted on mounting plates.

The actuators are connected to the lower section of the switch through a door coupling, which can be released in its O position, and a 300 mm long switching axle. When the cubicle door is open, the switch can be protected against inadvertent operation by removing the axle from the lower section of the switch.

The mounting depth can be individually adjusted by shortening the switching axle.
