全氟化合物(PFASs)是一類具有很高穩(wěn)定性的人造有機化合物,既不親水又不親油,具有十分du特的性質(zhì),因此被大量生產(chǎn)并廣泛應(yīng)用于日用品中。大部分全氟化合物都會隨著日用品壽命的完結(jié)而變成市政垃圾進行焚燒或熱解,這些含全氟化合物的垃圾通過焚燒或熱解處理后可產(chǎn)生有害氣體,其排放會對環(huán)境造成污染,增強溫室效應(yīng),并且可在大氣中長時間存在,影響大氣的循環(huán)。
近些年來,越來越多的調(diào)查研究發(fā)現(xiàn),在空氣、沉積物、飲用水、海水和食品中檢測出全氟類化合物。全氟化合物可通過飲食、飲水和呼吸等途徑進入機體,當它們被生物體攝入后不會在脂肪組織中產(chǎn)生富集,而是與蛋白發(fā)生鍵合后存在于血液中,并在肝臟、腎臟、肌肉等組織中發(fā)生蓄積,同時呈現(xiàn)出明顯的生物富集性。
PFOA和PFOS還可造成新生兒的體重下降和體型變小,男性精子數(shù)量下降,PFOA還能導致內(nèi)分泌功能紊亂,并存在致癌性,同時和甲狀腺疾病也有一定關(guān)聯(lián)。全氟類化合物具有生殖毒性、誘變毒性、發(fā)育毒性、神經(jīng)毒性、免疫毒性等多種毒性,是一類具有全身多臟器毒性的環(huán)境污染物。
