■ 導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐是基于強(qiáng)制循環(huán)的設(shè)計(jì)思維而開發(fā)的直流式特種鍋爐。

■ 封閉循環(huán)供熱，與大氣相通，可延長鍋爐的使用壽命，液相輸送熱能，熱損失小，節(jié)能，環(huán)保效果好。

■ 本體采用煙氣三回程盤管設(shè)計(jì)，這種直流式結(jié)構(gòu)，決定了傳統(tǒng)鍋爐所不具有的安全性。

■ 由于采用盤管式結(jié)構(gòu)，因此，受熱面充足，使其具有較高的熱效率。

■ 導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐，顯著的特點(diǎn)是逆流換熱，燃燒排煙溫度與熱導(dǎo)油出口溫差在 30 ℃以下。

■ 導(dǎo)熱油鍋爐其的結(jié)構(gòu)，主要是在較低的壓力下運(yùn)行，獲取 450 ℃ 以下的工作溫度，具有低壓高溫的特點(diǎn)。

Boiler explanation

※ Heating conducting oil boiler is a direct special boiler based on circulation compulsion design ideas.

※ Closed circulation heating connected to the atmosphere can prolong the life of the boiler. Liquid phase transportation of heat minimizes the loss the heat. The result of energy save is significant and the protection of the environment is great.

※ The body uses three-loop piping design. This is a direct circulation structure. The design decides the safety not possessed by traditional boiler.

※ Due to the piping design, the heating surface is abundant with high efficiency in heating.

※ A obvious characteristic of heat conducting oil boiler is reverse heat circulation. The difference of temperatures between combustion exhaustion and heat conducting oil is below 30℃.

使用注意事項(xiàng)：

Special item to pay attention to when using:

■ 使用斯大導(dǎo)熱油作為熱載體的油、氣的熱載體鍋爐，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)配備膨脹槽，儲油罐、安全組件，測量儀表和控制裝置。

■ 導(dǎo)熱油投入使用時(shí)，在開始運(yùn)行階段，先啟動循環(huán)油泵，運(yùn)行半小時(shí)后，再點(diǎn)火升溫，初次使用時(shí)應(yīng)緩慢升溫，每小時(shí)升溫約 20 ℃，當(dāng)升溫至180~ 200℃時(shí)，再保溫一段時(shí)間，方可投入正常使用。

■ 在使用中應(yīng)認(rèn)真檢查，嚴(yán)防水、酸、堿及低沸點(diǎn)物漏入使用系統(tǒng)，系統(tǒng)應(yīng)裝過濾裝置，防止各種雜物進(jìn)入，保證油品純度。

■ 經(jīng)使用半年后，應(yīng)進(jìn)行一次油品分析，長期使用后，若發(fā)現(xiàn)傳熱效果差，或其它異常情況，應(yīng)對油品進(jìn)行分析，根據(jù)分析結(jié)果決定添加或更換，判斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn)量：堿碳不大于1.5%，酸值不大于0.5mgK(OH)/g,燃點(diǎn)變化不小于20%，粘度變化不大于15%，其中一項(xiàng)超標(biāo)應(yīng)更換新油。

■ 為確保導(dǎo)熱油的正常使用壽命和導(dǎo)熱效果，嚴(yán)禁超溫使用。

※The oil and gas heat conducting boilers that use Star heat conducting oil to be the heat conduction should be equipped with expansion groove, oil storage tank, safety parts, measurement instruments and controlling equipments.

※When using heat conducting oil, at the beginning stage of operation, first start the circulation oil pump. After half an hour of operation, inflame and raise the temperature. When first using the boiler should raise the temperature slowly, 20℃ increase per hour. When the temperature reaches 180~ 200℃, keep the temperature for awhile before normal operation.

※Diligently perform inspections during the operation. Prevent water, acid, and base and other low-heating-point substance to enter the operating system. There should be filter system installed to prevent impurities from entering, to guarantee the purity of the oil.

※ After using for half a year, an oil sample analysis should be performed. After long-term use, if poor heating conduction is detected or other unusual conditions occur, analysis of the oil sample should be performed. There should be addition or exchange based analysis results: alkali carbon no greater than 1.5% and acidic value no greater than 0.5mgkoH/g. Point-to-point change is no less than 20% and adhesive degree is no greater than 15%.

※Any of these degrees is out of the standards should have new oil changed.

有機(jī)熱載體鍋爐是一種新型的特種加熱鍋爐，具有低壓高溫的工作特點(diǎn)，工作壓力在0.1Mpa，甚至常壓供熱溫度，液相340攝氏度或汽相400攝氏度，整體結(jié)構(gòu)具有一定的彈性，考慮到運(yùn)行中受熱后各部件的自由膨脹，采用彎曲盤管式受熱面，為了運(yùn)行的更為安全、高效，還增加了空氣預(yù)熱器，爐膛內(nèi)燃燒度加強(qiáng)，流速也增加，使得更為高效、環(huán)保、節(jié)能的服務(wù)于各個(gè)行業(yè)。

Organic heat conducting boiler is a new special heating boiler with low-pressure high-temperature specialty. The work pressu, re is at 0.1Mpa, even for the normal pressure heating temperature.
