代理普誠 RS1117A 低壓差正電壓調(diào)節(jié)器

DESCRIPTION

The RS1117A is a 1A low-dropout positive voltageregulator. It is available in fixed and adjustable outputvoltage versions. Over current and thermal protectionare integrated onto the chip. Output current will limitas while it reaches the pre‐set current or temperaturelimit. The dropout voltage is specified at 1.40VMaximum at full rated output current. The RS1117Aseries provides excellent regulation over line, loadａnd temperature variations.

● Adjustable or Fixed Voltage (1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, 5.0V)

● Over Current Protection

● Thermal Overload Protection

● Maximum Line Regulation 0.2%

● Maximum Load Regulation 1.0%

● Adjust Pin Current Less Than 120μA
