MYG11 Series Varistors

主要特點(diǎn)：壓敏電阻器是以氧化鋅為主要原材料的半導(dǎo)體陶瓷器件。其電阻值隨施加電壓的變化而呈非線性變化。具有體積小、通流量大、電壓范圍寬、響應(yīng)時(shí)間短、抑制浪涌好、安裝更換方便等特點(diǎn)。因而廣泛的用于鐵路自動(dòng)信號(hào)、交通控制中心、通訊/信中繼站、低壓配電、半導(dǎo)體器件及各種電器設(shè)備操作過(guò)程中的過(guò)電壓保護(hù)及大氣過(guò)電壓保護(hù)。

Chief Characteristic: The varistor are semiconductor ceramic device made from the main material Zine Oxide. Their resistance present nonlinear variation change with applied voltage. They possess many characteristics.
